I got my order and it looks nothing like the picture, they are supposed to be a leather company and the leather is fake leather. Extremely disappointing. I’ve contacted them for a refund and they haven’t gotten back to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Great company to get your jackets from, Stephanie emailed me to make sure we would get the sizing correct for my son, couple of emails here and there. So so helpful and arrived in quick time. Fits my son perfectly and can’t wait to show off his jacket at college. So thank you again :)

Excellent service and customer support, it's a shame I had a problem with Royal Mail, the shipping company they use, though (the shipment took a total of 77 days from when I placed the order until I received it in Spain).

I am absolutely thrilled with this jacket! It is truly stunning, fits like a dream, and the fabric feels incredibly soft and comfortable. What really impressed me was the outstanding customer support—my package arrived a whole week earlier than expected! Overall, everything was perfect, and I couldn’t be happier. I bought a jacket from Nova and the whole experience was awesome! The customer service, Stephanie, was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, the advice was spot on and the jacket I received is absolutely stunning and fits me perfectly! I could not be happier with the service and the product!

I ordered a jacket from this site and it took 19 days to arrive. I was disappointed with the jacket and felt the whole ordering process made it seem custom-made when it was actually a pre-packaged jacket that looked nothing like the photos on the site. I emailed to request a refund but received a reply a day later followed by radio silence for 10 days. As of writing this review, I haven’t heard back. This customer service is a joke. They claim to respond within 1-3 business days but it’s been over a week without any communication.

Stephanie was so helpful, kind and caring throughout the whole ordering process. Every company should have a Stephanie. And the added bonus, the coat is gorgeous, a lovley buttery soft leather and my daughter is delighted. Even though arrived late Stephanie chased up the order and had it expedited as quickly as possibly.

I ordered a Tuxedo from the Nova Leather for my wedding. Initially customer service seemed good, they reached out after ordering to request further measurements to get the best fit.

However I was disappointed with the item that arrived. The jacket was heavily creased, with several dirt marks, loose threads, buttons sewn upside down and general poor craftsmanship. The suit pants were over 3 inches too tight on the waist, unable to even close them. The listing also stated it included a free bow tie which was not included.

More disappointing, is the customer service since I notified them of these issues. There has been no response to two seperate messages, even though one message was shown as 'read' on WhatsApp 3 days ago.

I would recommend to stear clear of this company.

Update: after publishing this review the company has contacted me and issued a refund so I have improved the score to reflect this.

My sheepskin jacket is perfect despite me measuring it incorrectly. I was contacted and also needed to change the arm length. With the knowledge and customer service of the staff my jacket is comfortable, top quality and I really love it . I highly recommend this company.

I purchased a brown biker style leather jacket as a gift for Christmas.

From the start the company were very attentive and reached out prior to delivery to ensure the jacket sizing would be correct. This level of customer service was most welcome.

The jacket arrived on time and is excellent quality for the price. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

Stephanie, made every effort to make sure I was satisfied. The item/Jacket was my exact specification after stating the fit I desired, even though it was not their, Nova Leather's, usual/standard cut. Very pleased with the genuinely friendly individual professional service. Surpassed my expectations.

I’ve ordered several jackets from Nova, mst recently in November /December 2025. The quality is excellent, the material very soft and supple, the colours exactly as per the description and photographs.Delivery times seemed to vary, but that was not a problem as the timing was always close to the scheduled date. I would not hesitate to go back for more items in the future.

10/03/2026 UPDATE:

Following my previous update, the situation has now been fully concluded. After the refund was processed, the company decided that there was no need to return the jacket and suggested donating it instead so that it could be useful to someone in need. I have now donated the jacket to Cáritas España.

I appreciate the fact that the co-founder personally reviewed my case, acknowledged the issues, and ultimately arranged a full refund. I would also like to recognise that the customer support team was consistently polite and respectful throughout the whole process.

At the same time, I want to keep this review accurate for future customers: the original product I received still differed noticeably from what was presented on the website, particularly in terms of design details and overall perceived quality.

For that reason, while the final resolution was responsible and appreciated, my overall rating remains based on the entire experience from start to finish.

After publishing this review, one of the co-founders, personally contacted me, fully acknowledged the issues with my order, and offered a complete refund. The refund has now been processed, and I will return the jacket using a prepaid label provided by the company.

I genuinely appreciate this final gesture and the willingness to take responsibility. However, the overall experience still involved long delays, an incorrect initial shipment, a product that differed from what was advertised, time spent managing the return process, and customs costs that I was not able to recover.

For transparency and fairness to future customers, I have updated my rating to reflect both the serious problems encountered and the fact that the company ultimately made the effort to resolve the situation.

I’m writing this review to help future customers make an informed decision.

I placed my order on November 3rd after being attracted by the product photos, description, and generally positive reviews. According to the website, delivery should take around 13–16 business days. In my case, the process took more than two months and involved several issues.

During this time, I experienced:

Significant delays.

An initial shipment error where the wrong jacket was sent.

The need to personally return that incorrect parcel.

Customs duties that, while mentioned on their website, turned out to be significantly higher than expected, amounting to more than half of the jacket’s original price.

Long periods without clear updates unless I proactively followed up.

Throughout the process, communication from customer service was polite and respectful, which I do appreciate. However, the overall logistics and execution were very problematic.

When the jacket finally arrived, I was disappointed with the product itself. The jacket I received differs noticeably from the one advertised on the website. Beyond normal leather variation, there are clear design differences. For example, the product description specifies a “wide faux shearling collar with buckle strap detail”, yet the jacket delivered does not include any buckle or strap on the collar. The inner lining also differs in appearance and density from what is shown online.

In addition, the jacket arrived without any brand label or product identification, which was surprising for a new garment sold to an EU customer.

After raising these issues, the company offered a partial compensation, which was eventually processed. While I appreciate the gesture, the final price paid still felt high for a jacket that does not match its online presentation and lacks brand identification.

In summary, while the customer service tone was courteous, the long delays, shipping mistakes, high customs costs, and discrepancies between the advertised product and the item received made this a disappointing experience overall. I hope this review helps other customers set realistic expectations before ordering.

Despite polite communication and a partial compensation, the overall experience and the final product quality make it difficult for me to recommend this store.

The coat I bought for my wife is excellent quality and Stephanie provided exceptional service

I ordered a coat on 17th December and was told it would be with me before the end of the year which I appreciate is a busy time. It did eventually come in January after having several conversations with Stephanie only to find that it was the wrong size. I sent it back and was told another jacket would be despatched. After more correspondence with Sam this time I eventually received my coat yesterday 2nd February which does fit this time. It is good quality and I am happy with my purchase. Both Stephane and Sam kept me informed on the progress of the order and were very helpful although it took a lot longer to arrive than the given date therefore 4 stars instead of 5.

We couldnt be happier with the jacket. The shipping was really fast in the end, the tracking number may have an error when you click on it and look like nothing has happened, contact the friendly staff and they will help. I really appreciate their patience with me as I may have been rushing them a bit when its a very busy time of year. They got it to my by christmas, which was very special. We are placing another order soon.

Ordered a leather coat from nova leather, unfortunately when I received it it was to big, I returned the coat and got in contact with the company. A lady named Stephanie text me to apologise that the coat was not fitting me and that she would reorder a smaller size, which is what she did, Stephanie kept me updated all the way through this process and I’m glad to say I have now received my coat and it fits like a glove,

I found my experience with Nova Leather at times a little challenging I found consistency in communication sometimes poor and for me this was unsettling and worrying . However, I received my order although it was slightly later than the website states because of delivery issues. The fit and quality of the coat is amazing. Stephanie done her very best to keep me informed and reassured. I’m very pleased with my purchase and would buy from Nova Leather again.
