Everything always out of stock
Everything always out of stock. This is the second time that I have been bought a gift voucher (6b months apart) and every single item of clothing that I liked was out of stock in my size. So this will be the second time that I've had to spend £50 on balls and sweat bands that I don't really need.! Useless.

I bought some Padel racquets quite some time ago. I noticed a small issue with the racquet I was not using. Despite the it being over a year, Padel Shack offered me vouchers in compensation of the problem. They called me up personally and made sure that I was happy with the outcome, I was really impressed with the service.

Service that Delivered a Proper Birthday Smile!
Apologies for the late review but I have to say that the Padel Shack really did pull it out of the bag when my original order did not arrive in time for my son's Birthday. When I rang I got through to someone straight away, and once it was confirm that my padel delivery had indeed gone astray, they were very quick to offer a replacement and not only that, but ship it 'next-day' delivery to ensure it arrived in time. Can't thank you enough as the sight of his face when he opened it was wonderful!!

I had a complicated return
I had a complicated return, partially my fault which was done without realising. Someone called Chris (I think, terrible memory) rung me to explain the return procedure. His customer service was exceptional. This company care about their customers and Chris was extremely helpful. I will be returning to their website when it’s my turn to choose a padel racket. I would totally recommend this company!!! Excellent customer service at its highest!!!

The level of service at The Paddle Shack was superb. The employees went out of their way to be encouraging and informative. We don’t own kayaks, and renting them a few times a year allows us to enjoy the beauty of the estuary. The Paddle Shack is a great asset to the area.

Good afternoon Matt,
Thank you for your positive review. While we love to hear about positive experiences, you have confused our company with another, as we are "Padel Shack", a leading specialist in the sport of Padel. Our website is: http://www.padelshack.com.
Hopefully you will see this response, as the other company clearly made a wonderful impression and it would be a shame not to see this posted on their site.
Best regards,
Chris
