5* Review for excellent customer service. DHL hugely underperformed and flat out lied on the tracking information. 24hr shipping ended up being 2 days and that was only because Chris at Padelshack... Se mere

This is the worst company who are most…
This is the worst company who are most probably scamming people . I recorded my home address in Newcastke on a shoe purchase . My address was mysteriously changed to Bradford ( a city I have never visited) to a shady address where no one is occupying. A delivery receipt was produced. To make matter worse, it is suggested that i incorrectly inputted the delivery address!!
I highly recommend that one avoids this site as you are highly likely to loose your funds

Good morning Devinder,
We are very sorry to hear that you feel this way, as we are a reputable company that has been trading for over 14 years. Our team has looked into your report extensively by checking order confirmation and dispatch details, as these are on two different systems. We have sent a copy of this to you, but it is sent automatically upon placement and dispatch. Our accounts department has looked up the transaction in PayPal, as this is linked to your card payment. Everything matches, and we are more than happy to provide proof of this from PayPal. Timestamps will match the time your order was placed. All checks have been completed, and we can confirm the products were sent correctly.
In the event an order is placed with the wrong shipping address, we advise all customers to contact us straight away, even before it's delivered, so we can do everything possible to stop or return it.
Please get in touch by phone or email if you need any further information from us.
Our apologies again for the inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,
Chris

Unfortunately the package took many…
Unfortunately the package took many more days than it should have to arrive. I had to go twice to visit the collection point after calling the customer helpline to find out where my package was actually located as it not able to be tracked from my end. This was a very unsatisfactory service - the only good thing was speaking to the man in customer services who was helpful.

Amazing product at a competitive price!
I bought the adidas courtquick padel shoes in white and gold as a gift for the padel player in my life. Padel Shack was one of the few places that had so many colour options for these (four, whereas the main adidas website only had two available at the time). They were also discounted which was greatly appreciated, and there were so many size options, unavailable elsewhere.
Not actually a padel player myself but going off research, I was very grateful for the clear and succinct description explaining the stability, speed and durability of the shoes. All of the photos of the shoes allowed me to see the full design and also the sole of the shoe which is very important for grip on the court.
Free, fast delivery in just 3 days was much appreciated. The padel player I got these for loved the gift! Looking forward to purchasing from here in future.
