Scoty very professional meat tidy install a credit to the company

last week i had accident and brock the wire from the recever the lads from the acsese team came and were very frienly and respectful {great lads} and within about two hours they had been on the roof rewired the recever and had the system up and running. so very greatful, this company is first rate and the people that they employ are first rate and very skilled,thank-you

My broadband went down on Thursday having phoned up was told they would look into it phoned back Friday the lady was very unhelpful I again phoned Saturday and spoke to a very nice man who was very helpful tried all sorts to get it fixed but could not said he would have to get engineer out but sadly they do not work weekend so made me an appointment for Monday morning a lovely lad called Ross came and he could not do enough for me he had to go on the roof in the pouring rain to change the fixing on the roof the still no luck so also had to change the router nothing was to much he was at my house 2 or more hours getting it sorted I was ready to cancel this company but after all the hard work from Ross I have decided to stay with them so Thankyou Ross

Jason and Andy came and installed my broadband lovely and polite well mannered answered all my questions explained everything clearly and cleaned up after themselves

Overall great experience. The engineer who came to install the internet was friendly and did a great job. I've been with Opus for a few months now, and so far the internet has been great, not a problem at all.

Recently moved house and took opus with me! First class service from Scotty FY5 area! He installed the equipment at my old property and same again in my new property!! Absolutely great guy! Clean and tidy, first class. Absolute credit to the company!! #WATP thank you ,thank you, thank you

paying for broadband that never worked, constantly on the phone every night to report the problem and saying it is now fixed but internet not coming back on, something went wrong with my direct debit and it took them over 8 months to contact me regarding this and suspended my so called service, told them i was going to another provider and they had the cheek to try and charge me an early cancellation fee, i said i wasnt prepared to pay this as they were in breach of their contract as a provider, as the service they promised did not work, customer service absolutely shocking by this company would not recommend unless you want to pay for a service that doesnt work,

Well, I haven't yet ordered Opus Broadband as I have read mixed reviews, but I have awarded them 5 stars on the basis that Scotty the installation guy is absolutely fantastic at his job and goes up and beyond the call of duty as so many customers have mentioned.
If the broadband is half as good as Scotty I will definitely be getting it.
Well done Scotty and keep doing what your doing, I can't wait to meet you.

They bought out 6g and didn't inform their customers. Resulting in customers in debt as no new direct debit details sent. Internet is off more than it is on. Now they want £35 disconnection fee even though we're 6 months out of contract. Can't wait to go back to sky. Joke of a company.
