Ross and Andy gave an excellent service when called out to fit a new router. Originally we had bad signal but they ensured that our connection was boosted. They ensured coverage was in all rooms in our house and took the time out to explain the new router properly

Chris and Connah did amazing at fitting my Internet. Amazing service!! Very polite explained everything showed me how to connect and what one would work for tv and camera. Also offered to connect any devices for me. Shown me where to call to contact if any issues. Recommended very helpful. Thankyou.

AVOID AVOID
If you are happy with intermittent internet then go ahead and signup with them.
Yes the price is cheap.
But the service is appalling.
We would be watching a film and half way through the internet would go down.
This happened loads of times.
If we rang up we hade to wait over 5 minutes to get to speak to somebody.
They would then ask us to unplug this and reboot that.
All to no avail.
They said they would look into the connection .
Then a few hours latter as if by magic it would come back on again
This happened a few times.
in the end we gave up ringing up.
We then decided to cancel the service.
We had been with them a few years.
Then they decided that we owed them over £200 pounds.
When we renewed the subscription we did not agree to paying off the contract if we left !
It was not mentioned !
We then agreed on a lesser figure.
We paid the outstanding balance . ( Via strip )
We asked for a receipt and was told that one would be emailed to us. ( we did not received it )
Now we have received a letter telling us that we still owe them £267.
And another one saying we owe them £ 15
And the letters threaten to hand it over to a collection agency.
The company is a complete shambles .
You are better of paying a bit more each month and getting a reliable service ( which is what we have now.

Chris did an amazing job at fitting our broadband after a horrible experience with the old providers 😆 he was polite, cheerful, efficient and did an amazing job, can not recommend enough! Thank you Chris!!🙏🏼

They did a great job in making sure that my internet is working perfectly again.

The engineers who installed our equipment were very respectful and professional, they have done a very good job.

Tyler came and fitted my full fibre broadband explained everything to me left everything tidy,went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you. Would give 5 stars but find the tech team at times unreliable depending who get.

Chris and Andy were very nice guys, solved the issues with internet. Everything is up and running. They've done speed checks in the whole property to make sure everything is covered. They also fitted the box with cables which was just hanging to make sure it's safe - weren't asked but noticed.

We have received Great customer services from Opusbroadband

Very poor service, had fibre installed, third time by this company. How you may ask. First time engineer installed the equipment no power signal. That was a damaged cable not a problem. Second time new cable installed the engineer installed it and it worked for a full week. Called them said the cable had failed again? So had to wait for a new cable and it be reinstalled by an engineer. Come back today no Internet.

This company is a complete joke, thought it was opus broadband. Then a 6g Internet van did one of the installs. Found out the company is a massive scam.

They have poorly speaking technical support that are overseas and don't know anything about what they are providing tech support on.

STAY CLEAR OF THEM - GOOD LUCK IF YOUR PLANNING ON SIGNING UP.

Great lad turned up from Burnley to connect me he was determined to get it connected great lad we had a good laugh highly recommend opus broadband I am a very happy customer

Connor installed the Internet quickly and efficiently with no problems. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly with a friendly professional attitude. Opus did a great job when I was let down by Sky, BT, Talk Talk and Vodafone.

Seb & Chris just installed my broadband very professional clean & took time to explain things to me would highly recommend

Made an effort to find me a solution in an area that dosent have many options. Ended up with great speeds cheaper than everyone else. Tyler who came to do the install was very pleasant, even turned up 10mins early and did a neat job, tested speeds in each room and cleaned up. Super satisfied.

The man who came was very helpful and very tidy . Explained it all and it was so simple do. I would truly recommend them to anyone. No fuss just straight forward and not loads of wires too.
