Great service from Ologic
Great service from Ologic! My sons water bottle unfortunately leaked all over his school bag (3 days into the new term) and saturated his laptop in the process!! Absolute nightmare, but Ologic collected the laptop promptly, and managed to repair the laptop within around a week! I have had previous companies take far longer so was really impressed with the service. Big thank you to Matt & Gary who carried out the repairs, they fixed the laptop and returned back with a lovely note and some sweets! Such a nice touch, would highly recommend!

Fantastic Service
I sent in my Lenovo LOQ laptop for repair under warranty claim, and had some issues along the way with the claim process as well as collection and delivery, however, Ologic was always there to help over the phone or by email, very friendly and quick to fix any issues.
This laptop had to be shipped over seas and upon receiving it I was very impressed at how secured and well packaged everything was. The repair note identified the issue and the laptop is now running smoothly thus far.
I want to give a big thanks to Alex and Gary for working on the laptop and anyone else who I may have spoken to on the phone and I appreciate the free gifts included and the nice messages left on the repair note.

Superb experience with Ologic from start to finish. I had my MacBook screen replaced, and the communication throughout the entire process from the DPD pickup arrangement to delivery was outstanding.

Excellent service from Logic. I sent my MacBook for repair on 10/09/2026, and they received it the following day. The screen and trackpad were repaired within just two days, and I received my MacBook back today, 17/09/2026, working perfectly.

Customer Service and Care and Speed
One of the best services and customer care I have received. Laptop was picked up from my chosen destination and I was kept informed on the progress of the job. Alex and Gary sent the laptop back in immaculate condition and even included a small bag of Haribo and a brand new usb C cable with a hand written note. I have never received such good customer service in all my days. Hats off the Alex and Gary! and even the deliver man. I got my laptop back within just over 2 weeks from being sent away which was not too bad.

Special thanks to both Lewis & Gary for the speedy repair and turnaround of my faulty laptop. It is a few years old but now back to its spritley former self. I know this is about Ologic whose communication is top notch but must say courier DPD took over a week to collect and deliver to them, not good. Returning to me was a lot quicker.
