Life time warranty is a scam... They will never replace your screen again. It will be always out of stock when you go through warranty period.

I had a fantastic experience here after being let down elsewhere. I brought in my Google Pixel 8 (bought from Amazon) with a warranty issue. David was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. While other stores wouldn't help me, David sorted everything out and got my phone fixed for free under the Google warranty. If you need a repair, go see David—he’s a credit to the team! 5 stars.

I’m extremely angry and deeply disappointed with the service I received at iSmash London Bridge.

I went in for a simple screen replacement, but instead of fixing my phone, the repair has completely ruined it. As soon as I got home, I noticed a serious issue with the front camera—it had a large black ring around it and was barely functioning. Shortly after that, Face ID completely stopped working as well.

I contacted them straight away by email, but I was completely ignored with no response at all. The following day, my phone stopped working entirely, leaving me without a usable device because of their poor repair work.

When I called from my parent’s phone to try to get urgent help, the staff member I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he had a terrible attitude and eventually hung up on me, which is completely unacceptable for any business.

This whole experience has been beyond frustrating. What was meant to be a straightforward repair has caused multiple serious faults, and the customer service has been shocking from start to finish. I would strongly warn others to avoid this location.

Had a battery replaced 3 weeks ago. It stopped charging suddenly. I booked a replacement. Was told it would be 2 hours so they could run a diagnostic....even though I'd already don't that and it was the battery...came back after 2 hours to be told they were busy and needed another hour. Not impressed.

Apple iPhone battery was 80% capacity so I had replaced. The replaced battery was noticeably worse, dropping a percent per minute. I took the phone back to have another one but same issue - meaning could have been simply damage in process. They would not give me refund. So I've effectively paid to worsen my phone.

Very quick and he repaired everything for me and even helped with anything I needed, thanks to Sreevishnu Nair and the whole team.

Took my Samsung S24 Ultra to the Ismash branch on Bull St in Birmingham. The rep gave an exceptional service. I was struggling to back up my phone and expressed to him that my mums 80th birthday, my anniversary and uni graduation photos were on my phone and he guided me through backing them up- meant the world to me. Lost one star because of the 72hrs delay in communications has to the out of phone issue.

Will never use them again. A totally disappointing experience. Took our iPad into Bluewater to repair a damaged screen. When doing the repair they damaged the connectors so had to send the iPad somewhere else to be repaired. We were promised a free screen protector and discount for our inconvenience. We waited 3 weeks to get the iPad back and in this time the communication from there end was non existent. On finally picking up the iPad we found there was no screen protector and the discount offered was an insult. We would never recommend this shop or use them again.

Very impressed by the professionalism, service and quality of the St Pancras branch. Phone screen repair for S23 done quickly and perfectly at a good price. Very pleased.

Battery replacement on a Samsung 23+ completed in the time stated on the website. Pre-booked appointment at the Stratford site. Courteous and professional. Great job and my phone now holds a charge again. Would recommend.

Battery change, S23Ultra. Correct price, good service, friendly staff, no problem. I walked two hours in the jungle without phone, but I get it back with a new battery ;). The iSmash is on the street!

Really pleased with what I smash did to my back glass I phone. All replaced and like new. All done within 2 hours.

The Bristol Broadmead branch fitted a screen protector to my Pixel 10 which is incompatible with the fingerprints sensor. £10 and a trip there wasted.

A good bunch of guys. Very helpful. Ordered the original part for me and got my phone fixed earlier than they said. They are really worth it.
If ever I need help with my phone I will be back.

New battery has very poor life and they destroyed the screen fitting it
