For our local customers, we have a physical shop where we provide fast, friendly, and dependable repair services. Our shop is open from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays and from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. Most repairs can be completed within an hour.

Easily contractable. Quick turnaround and good repair job. Reasonably priced compared to alternative solutions to repairing my iPad.

I managed to crush my iPhone 13 Pro,case was damaged,glass,WiFi etc..
I now have new case,Screen etc, very happy with the work and the price of it being fixed

Excellent fast service!
I've used this company a few times now, for installing new batteries to both my and my family's iphones and have found them to be very good.

Iphone 5s Battery Replaced
I received my Iphone 5s this morning from the mail man. I am ecstatic with Free Fusion's work and happy how the new battery is holding up, especially after my trip to Apple Store when they told me that my Iphone was obsolete and I should scrap it. I am very attached to this phone and I am very grateful for Free Fusion's work which has brought my phone back. I really appreciate them and I happily recommend them.

Outstanding service
This is the second time I have used Free Fusion.
The first time weas to replace the battery in my iPhone.
I was nervous about posting my phone, but was reassured that all data was safe.
The battery was replaced quickly and efficiently.
This week I sent my phone it to have the charging port replaced.
I posted it on 9 Feb and it was returned on 11 Feb.
Fantastic!
Highly recommended.

A quick secure service at a very reasonable cost. They replaced the battery in my iPod classic. I was kept fully up to date with progress of the work and my device was returned within a week.

Experts
I took my phone to two other repair shops near my work and they couldn't offer much help with my i-phone that kept switching itself off every few minutes. I tried Free Fusion as they were local to home and, third time lucky, i got the experts! They took lots of time over a few days to thoroughly check things, and they fixed it. So happy and cant recommend highly enough.

Could not ask for better!
Easy to follow instructions to get i-pod battery replaced, at a good price and in only about a week. I can only highly recommend Free Fusion Ltd. and would certainly use them again.

Service was excellent
Service was excellent, I posted special delivery and they did the repair in receipt and dispathced back special delivery on the same day - brilliant stuff - I was only without the phone for 2 days.

Dusty charging port
The customer service is always friendly and welcoming.
Went in with a dusty phone and when I came back worked just like new! No need to think of getting a new phone!

New iPhone battery, quick and efficient.
Got a new iPhone battery and it’s been great. They received my phone, replaced the battery and got it back in the post all in one day, and sent emails to confirm this and keep me updated. Excellent service.

The repair seems excellent
The repair seems excellent, but it took about 4 weeks before it was returned, and after a reminder email and call they came back to say they had tried to call me (not email from some reason) yet I had no record of a call or message. In fairness I suspect it doesn't happen regularly....but they asked for feedback
