So good we are getting another one
I wanted to get my niece a violin. Her mother said that my other niece would need a violin so I chose the xylophone. The 6 year old loves it so much as does her sister that my parents are going to be back to you to get one for the 9 year old! Lol. My 40 something sister was even playing it. Great instrument. Look forward to being back for a violin. Thank you very much. Excellent service.

Wow...Alison.....it sounds like a local version of the Von Trap family!
All you need now is a few Cellos, the odd flute....and of course, a trombone, and a family gathering would become an orchestral performance!

Be careful choosing delivery options
No issue with Normans. Ordered early Friday afternoon, for next working day delivery. Shipped within 2 hours. Superb service.
Only potential issue was DPD, they sent email saying Monday delivery (fine, if Saturday isn't a working day), but then got email 10am Sat to give delivery slot same day noon-1pm. Fortunately, we were in but could have been problem if we relied on original DPD message.

Every now and again DPD go 'above & beyond' the call of duty, and deliver on a Saturday to ease their backlogs. I can reassure customers that if you were not in, they would leave a card and attempt delivery again on the Monday.

The express delivery really was express delivery. Prompt dispatch with good notification as the order was dispatched and then via the courier. Products were as expected (although as this was a gift I have yet to see them in the flesh.)

We are sorry that this order has still not arrived with you. It was despatched to you via Royal Mail on the day you contacted us. We checked the tracking yesterday when we spoke to you which showed it was still in transit. As you were informed yesterday, Royal Mail do not consider a parcel to be lost within 10 working days of shipping. If this has still not arrived within 10 working days then please let us know and as confirmed yesterday we will then either send a replacement or offer a full refund if you decide the item is no longer required.
