Great product but misleading in price…
Great product but misleading in price advertised. Please note this item is not free delivery unless you are teacher. The website defaults to school order resulting in free delivery. As the item wads advertised free delivery I assumed this was how the deal advertised was fulfilled and continued to check out. I then got a not very pleasant email telling me it was clear I was not a teacher and unless I had evidence to pay a delivery 🚚 invoice of 3:99 after placing my order. I notified the sender of the auto default option within the website my feedback was not acknowledged. You can find this item cheaper including delivery on Amazon. Great product, not so great customer service and misleading prices advertised on google.

The Clarinet is flat because no parts will fit...
For a B flat clarinet I bought two things: 1. A lyre and 2. An adjustable thumb rest.
When I had worked out how to fit the Lyre from internet searches it was obvious that I was fitting it in the wrong way - or trying to. The thing does not fit at all because when the two halves of the screw part are pulled tight the screw is at an angle of five to ten degrees to the hole. Any more interest in getting the thing to screw up fails because the two parts become cross threaded.
The second thing that I bought was an adjustable thumb stop. A thing needed because my hands do not readily fit with a b flat Clarinet. I am afraid that this did not work either: My part from the Clarinet has two screws holding it to the instrument but your supply has three holes in a triangle form. As I am not going to drill the clarinet nor have it done then that has been put away too.
The delivery was quick and they did good service but as I say, the parts purchased do not fit the bill.

Got my violin very quickly thank you. All seems good condition.
Only criticism is that the leaflet is not more detailed for beginners. It took me ages to figure out that I had to rosin my violin for a good 10 minutes as it was a new bow. It doesn’t explain this very well in the leaflet.
