It is a scam. And to uninstall you need to complete a survey that does not except any negative comment. This is definitely the worse piece of crap i have ever seen.

Es una maldita basura de aplicación no aceptes su semana "gratuita" por qué no puedes cancelar tu suscripción, dejando eso de lado ellos dicen que te dan una prueba "gratuita" de 7 dias y te la cancelan a los 5 y no hay manera de quitarla y el soporte técnico no funciona, no contesta, te ignoran y no hay devolución del servicio, Paypal no me regreso nada y cuando te descuentan dinero te descuentan el plan más caro de 1 año 65$ dolares, nadamás por no hay un plan de 500 euros si no te lo descontaban, si vez mi mensaje no te va aumentar el ping mágicamente, no sirve es una estafa malditos ladrones asquerosos y si, puedes cancelar, ya cuando te estafaron jajaja cuando ya te descontaron los 65$ dólares hasta te ponen el "botón" gigante para que canceles del coraje y que no se les carguen tanto sus servidores con sus poquitos y super selectivos clientes 😹😹😹 y no te regresan nada de dinero nadamás pierdes la suscripcion.

Encima contestan en trusty Pilot con un bot justificando que no es su culpa que seas tan imbécil por no leer términos y condiciones y que básicamente no son rateros solo por qué no incumplen sus " términos " saben que la gente no lee 30 páginas de términos y se aprovechan de eso, pero es muy cínico de su parte por qué en absolutamente todas las suscripciones en la mayoría de plataformas puedes cancelar ❌ excepto en las que te roban dinero 🤑

Me voy a dedicar a quitarles todos los clientes que pueda, no voy a parar de subir videos y en cada vídeo de YouTube que patrocinen los voy a exponer, por qué no me regresaron mi dinero, encima estuve apelando en Paypal durante 1 mes con el poco dinero que tenía y necesitaba y Paypal defendió a estos ladrones 🤬🤬🤬

Me registré únicamente para la prueba gratuita de 7 días y cancelé el servicio a tiempo.
Aun así, luego de la cancelación el sistema intentó realizar varios cobros a mi tarjeta. En el momento en que ingresó dinero a la cuenta, el monto fue debitado automáticamente sin mi autorización.

Lo más grave es que ese dinero estaba destinado a pagar el veterinario de mi perro, y no pude hacerlo porque, pese a haber cancelado, me cobraron el plan más caro de todos.

La experiencia fue muy negativa. Tengan mucho cuidado con este servicio, ya que la cancelación no garantiza que no intenten cobrar igual.

I’m really upset and frustrated right now. I signed up for the free trial (one afternoon and uninstalled) to test your service, which required me to enter my credit card details. After trying it out, I looked everywhere to cancel the free trial so that no money would be taken, but I couldn’t find any way to do it.

I ended up forgetting about it and went to sleep, assuming nothing would happen. But today, I saw that you charged me for the subscription without any warning or email beforehand. Plus I contacted support directly to cancel it within the hour, on the very first day, and despite that, nothing changed. I don’t think it’s fair to just take my money like that without notifying me first.
Furthermore, noping doesn't work where I am...

I just created an account on their website about a week ago, I DIDN'T SUBSCRIBE TO ANYTHING, I just checked their offers, and guess what, today I got charged 60 euros(they don't even have a 60 euro annual offer) without my consent out of nowhere, without giving them my credit card details, apparently they can also access your gpay details somehow.

I tried to sign up for the 7-day free plan, but they charged me $0.50 and didn’t give me access to the free plan. Instead, they kept telling me to purchase the paid plan.

Foi rapido sistematico, não houve demora para resolver o problema , supreendeu porque minha primeira experiencia com Noping, é foi diferente e muito bom rapidez e como resolveram, indicaria sim qualquer pessoa que chegasse a minha pessoa perguntando se realmente faz o que diz , faz o que diz e ainda tem suporte muito bom.

Last night i got a notification that i have been charged for a year subscription that i did not sign up for, tried to contact them with no luck and answer.

Das Ergebnis: Das Spiel friert ständig ein. Der Ping ist um 50 Prozent gestiegen – von 33 auf 55.
Als ich herausfand, dass mir Geld abgebucht wurde, wandte ich mich an den Support und eröffnete einen Fall bei PayPal. Bisher wollen sie das Geld nicht zurückerstatten.

The app is as good as useless and they have charged me $60 fraudulently and refuse to refund. It is impossible to cancel and they refuse refunds will be attempting to get my money back through my bank. Scammers.

I'm really happy with NoPing. I've been using it for almost a month and it is very stable helping me connect to the best low ping servers. I used ExitLag for the past 3 years but it was too expensive and had been performing poorly for the last few months. I'm glad I switched to NoPing.

Very good support, and also a good tool to reduce ping and increase fps on my games, I tested many programs like this, and this one had the best results.

I tested many programs, and this one is the best that I found, it really works to lower your ping, 5 stars for it.

I use it on Fortnite, Lol , Valorant and Warzone.

Worked very well on Battlefield 6, my ping dropped a lot with it, I recommend it worth if you have want optimize your game.

I went with a trial version for testing, none of their software improved any performance. Got billed for 1 year subscription. I tried to appeal for refund, yet it was denied. Even Paypal denied refund. Now Im stuck with access to garbage software for 1 year. Great SCAM company.[Scam alert]
