Exit lag is scamming consumers by the auto-renewal process. The application itself works fine. But the company itself does not give any warning at all that money will be taken out of your account, it is reliant on a scummy terms of service tactic to not give out any refunds and they won't allow you to instantly cancel their service meaning you don't have a choice on if your subscription is active, they do, and they are forcing you to try and give a good enough reason to stop giving them money. I have been talking to Sparky on their support ticket service and he just sent a copy and paste message with a link to the terms of conditions , saying we can't help you. I am not convinced he even tried as this ticket was made an hour after this auto renewal happened. Which I had no warning of. After his copy and paste message the ticket was turned to low priority even though it is a timely issue for me and I made sure to state that. Their terms of service is a contract that you signed your life away for, not just an agreement, understand it's not made to help handle disputes and issues but as a means of taking advantage of you. I am going to wait for a reply and then most likely take it up with my bank as I doubt this situation will change. I would never recommend this service to anyone unless you know what you are getting into. Their are plenty of alternative VPNs who are not trying to scam you.

Fast refund and helpful support
I accidentally got charged due to an automatic subscription renewal, but I contacted ExitLag support right away. Their team responded quickly and confirmed I was eligible for a refund within the allowed period.
After I clarified that I wanted to proceed with the refund, they handled everything smoothly and processed it without any issues. I received my money back, and the subscription was canceled as requested.
Overall, a very straightforward and professional experience with their support team.

Refused to Cancel and Refund.

Refund experience
I recently had a lot of problems with the payment of the annual subscription, which i bought three different times in a span of minutes, so i had around 126 dollars charged on my card, when i realized that days after, i was completely shocked because of the situation so i communicated with the billings support area and the solved that problem quickly and without any major complications, currently i am waiting for the money to get back in my account but I'm 100% sure it will, so any problem that is related to billings will be solved efficiently

Doesnt work + scammy
Software doesnt work, 1 day too late for the 7 day refund, zero tolerance by the support. Then they automatically extend your payment for software that doesnt work and also refuse to refund this 2nd payment (auto renewed payments are not refundable). Super scammy, cant recommend

Dont fall for it ...
As I am traveling at the moment I thought I give it a try with the trail version ... which doesnt exist, its just scam and they directly charge you with the full price.
Customer support doesnt exist OR is to busy to delete all those complaints.
For the ping/lag:
I did not feel any changes and the game was like before. Tested Bangkok to Europe and the ping did not change and the lags were the same.
For me this programm does not really do anything that helped me. On World of Warcraft the ping was higher than before.
