Tive uma experiência excepcional com o atendimento do ExitLag. Não tenho mais jogado, então não tenho usado o ExitLag apenas por conta disso, mas não desativei a renovação. Mesmo assim, muito prontamente, o ExitLag cancelou minha renovação e fez o estorno após eu ter solicitado, sem criar nenhuma dificuldade. Definitivamente recomendo o serviço e agora também recomendo pela qualidade no atendimento. Quando eu voltar a jogar, também voltarei a usar o serviço

I have to say its amazing, I live in Qatar and I've always struggled with my ping in all games, I always prefer Europe servers but I always have 115+ ms sometimes even higher, I decided to give this a try and now my ping even for Russia is lower than 100 and for EU lower than 90 and steady, also has some nice features for PC boost and Network boost, I have to say not only is it worth the price its actually very cheap for what it has to offer. I'm already pleased from day 1 of use.

So, AFTER i put in my previous review, they banned me plus many other from thier discord for asking for support and complaining we had to buy another service instead of, you know, supporting thier paying customers XD Please i cannot stress this enough, do not put yourself through thier customer service and go to lagofast or another provider. They are cowboys. after being kicked from discord and no answer to my support ticket i raised a paypal dispute which they asked me to close. Avoid guys, absolute pirates.

Their services suck, you spend hours and hours trying to log in to a game from a different region, to be disconnected after playing 30-40 minutes and then spend another 3 hours just trying to connect. Their support is 0, automated bot answers, refuse to cancel services even though you are not able to use them.

Helpful personnel, direct to the issue and good communicator.

Exitlag will not let me cancel my subscription,or refund my $75.00 for a renewal I never wanted. Terrible experience, I really would give them no stars.

Would like to know how when you liturally KICKED AND IP BANNED A TONNE OF PEOPLE FROM YOUR DISCORD FOR US TELLING YOU YOUR SERVICE DOESNT WORK AND HAVING TO GO ELSEWHERE!

Trying to save face and play nicey nice below doesnt work XD you dont answer your support channels and just actively ban people from them instead, then ask them to close down thier paypal dispute because trustpilot and a paypal dispute are the only way you ACTUALLY talk to people! XD absolute joke of a company, if you had come out and said hey guys we have some issues lets work on it fine, but no you chose to ignore and block people, scammers.

Bought after one of thier partners recommended it for running Aion2 globally. worked amazing during my free trial. as soon as I purchased it, it doesnt work. avoid. Discord is full of people with the same issues including partners all complaining and just asking for the support to respond and theyre silent.

I had issued connecting to game servers, related to my service provider optus (in Australia)

Through some investigations it was a failure of a network transit node between Aus and Singapore.

Exitlag was able to connect me to a VPN that bypassed the node and improved my ping by about 100%, happy days, would recomend.

the customer service is great and very polite and really helped me to my problem more power to this team

Truely work, no scam, support answer fast and well, lot of promotions and you can reduce your cost even more with affiliates system.

My experience with ExitLag has been excellent. The service itself works great for optimizing game connections, and their support team is extremely helpful and attentive. When I requested a refund due to an accidental renewal, the process was fast and straightforward.
