The only software that actually works
The only software that actually works. I used to play CS on Wi-Fi and it was basically unplayable, constant teleporting, missing easy shots, pure frustration. After ExitLag, everything changed.
My connection stabilized, my shots started landing, and I could finally enjoy the game and compete.
When I looked it up, I realized ExitLag is the pioneer in this technology. Everyone else just copied what they created.

Very bad customer support, trying to charge me eventhough i did not have the program installed for months. Also 0 response from the support so i could avoid it. Do not sign up ever.

Sorry that you felt that way, but ExitLag is a subscription service. If you do not cancel your subscription it will attempt to renew.
Does not work and sneaky billing practices
They charge without it showing up on your statement until way later to stay under the radar was unaware of the subscription and you have to submit a request to cancel. Why cant i just cancel??. Also it doesnt work at all zero improvements to ping and delay dont bother trying

Also I would like to clarify that 'scheduled cancellation' means that you've cancelled your subscription, you just will have it till the last day of your billing period.

The ping either doesn'tchange, or changes sliglty at the cost of crazy packet loss. Any, multiple connections tested.
It's garbage.

Just trying to squeeze out every last cent
Their service is nothing but a scam, constantly making the cancellation process more complicated and providing terrible customer support just to keep squeezing out every last cent. I would never recommend them and I hope to remove every bit of my personal information from this platform, which only knows how to charge you and respond when it’s already too late.

Este equipo en varias ocaciones ha hecho cargos automaticos sin previo aviso, sin enviar correos de aviso, ni por primera ves como nuevo usuario ni por segunda ves para cargos recurrentes.
Lo cual es estafa.
Tambien duran mas de 2 semanas sin responder a un ticket en su pagina web, y luego vienen con excusas ni ayuda, y me bloquearon la cuena luego de 2 semanas sin responder y sin yo usar el servicio

I wanted to test ExitLag to compare it with other similar services I already use. The website offered a 3-day free trial, so I decided to give it a try. I registered, downloaded the app, and started exploring its features. However, when I tried to activate it, I got an error saying my subscription had expired.
Confused, I contacted customer support. They told me that the free trial isn’t available in my region and even implied that I might be trying to scam them just to get the free trial period.
Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

The service makes my ping stable. Usually i have 450MS and it drops it down to 190MS . Works great.

Dodgy and makes it hard to cancel.
Company makes cancelling your subscription hard to find, additionally you cannot just cancel, you must jump through hoops to answer multiple questions before you are allowed to submit a cancellation REQUEST. Dodgy company.
