Doesn't work, poor support, no refund
I tried it once when i was away from the city and wanted to play some valorant. I tried 7-day free trial and the platform disappointed me as the game was even more unplayable than before. After 7 days I forgot to cancel the subscription and was charged 42 dollars. After some slow chatting, I realised they don't want to give any refunds. They informed me that they can try to help to solve problems that im having, but ignoring what im here for. I did some testing after I got to sit to play valorant, but to no suprise results were clear - it just doesn't work for me! I believe that for others users it can be beneficial, but for me, it is not. I tried to send them the gathered evidence, but the site looks crashed, cannot open messages and sends some errors in espaniol. Just please give the damn refund guys....

As with everyone else on this site I started the 7 day trial and cancelled it before the 7 days was up and they still charged me and refused a refund. I even have a screen recording of the entire chat conversation with their “support” team

Very good way to reduce my ping on Call of duty, I can play warzone with less than 30 ms, what I never had before.

Noping worked very well
Noping worked very well and increased my fps, also lower my ping.
The Audiopad feature is also good, because I can use all in one software and don't need soundpad from steam anymore.

Fraud company
Fraud company , even when you cancel in free trail they still charge you for the year. Dispute it and they won't refund. Don't waste your time and money on this fraud company
I had to cancel AGAIN , because this fraud company will try and charge me again.
TWICE i had to cancel. Stay away from this fraud company. Just look at how many bad reviews they have , and you will see for yourself dont waste your time.

Literally no words. My mistake and I lost $55 off my account because I bought a one-year subscription. I described everything to them. I described not using the program as often and wanted to get my money back and switch to a monthly plan. I have a job that won't allow me to use my computer often because I won't be home. And they poured. They even wrote to the finance department and their ass, too. I don't recommend it.

Firstly, I tried different game VPNs and there are cheaper ones that could do just good.
Secondly, they charged me 60$ without my confirmation after the end of 7-days free trial and refuse to refund. There were no notice at all, they never remind you that the trial is ending, no email, no SMS, nothing! They are expecting you to forget about this sh*t so they can charge you with "proper reason".
Again, I never confirmed the payment, it was all automatic!!! When I asked for a refund, these people tell me that according to their "rules", I can get a refund ONLY if I cancel the free trial before it ends, which is totally absurd, unreasonable. I paid 60$ for some sh*t I'll never use, and this is what you get with NoPing.
STAY AWAY FROM NOPING!

I tried the free 7-day trial
I tried the free 7-day trial, but then I realized that the service was worse than before. I canceled the trial, but after 7 days, $60 was charged for a one-year subscription. When I contacted support asking for a refund, they told me that a refund is not possible, that the payment went through, and that I didn’t cancel — even though I actually did cancel the trial.

I have been trying to cancel my 7-day…
I have been trying to cancel my 7-day trial and multiple pending 1-year plans on NoPing, but it is impossible through both the website and the app. The system shows I have no active plan, yet it keeps showing “awaiting plans” and prompts me to subscribe.
I have attempted to contact support multiple times, but they have not responded at all. This makes it feel like a trap where users could be charged without consent.
I want to warn others: be careful with NoPing’s trial and subscription system. If you cannot cancel your plan easily and cannot reach support, you could risk being charged for something you never agreed to.

Not recommend i tried it because of a free trail after a 1-2 days I stop using it after week the trail end they charge me 30 something euro after i send then mail o want a refound because i did not know they will charge me a duxking 30 euro after a week they said I was notified so they refuesed to give refound I just fast activated app because I wanted to have better ping did not saw a text saying I get charge money after a week should at least send mail that the trail going to end like I said not recommend
