Many courier companies in SG are bad…
Many courier companies in SG are bad but Ninja Van are the absolute worst! They never attept to deliver, but claim they they do, and then just dump a parcel in a random place, claiming it is a designated drop off point...Trying to reply to courier on Whatsapp is uselees as they either don't read mesasages, don;t answer calls or maybe just block customers? Will stop shopping on any platform that uses these idiots!

This is the worst company ever,all the deliver rider is not honest,so many years still no progress,i have this service many time all encounter the same problem, checking their wassapp msg regarding delivery status all is under foreign workers,useless worker,don't employ foreigners if this company want to stay long,my parcel is not send to my house,system say no one at house,i waited whole day rider did not come at all,not honest to put delivery unsuccessfull receiver not at home,i have cctv shows nobobdy came,customer support is not contactable no customer support solve our problem and so do the deliver rider,their sending parcel is almost last at night putting outside never even leave prove of deliver too,pls don't ever take this company,have many other better platform,hope this company will close down and replace a good company,

We made sure NinjaVan had recipients phone number. Drivers did not reach out.
Communication responses from NinjaVan were minimal and inconsistent.
If I could control what delivery service companies used, I would never use NinjaVan. Instead, I'm going to have to double check what delivery service will be used before placing orders.
Strongly DO NOT recommend this company.

They only processed and transit and processed again and transit again…. No delivery. They don’t answer in email. I hope all sender will avoid the Ninjavan.

Totally agree with those who said the Ninja Van service is bad.
Really hopeless and untrustworthy plus they don't give a damn... Just let you continue to wait. If you don't go find out and chase them, you will never know what is happening coz no notification is send out to recipients for the delay. Basically, they dare not even send any notification because they themselves cannot give you a specific answer when you expect to receive your item. This are merely internal not overseas and already at their Hub but didn't send out. Is like forever there. This is the message I receive when I asked for timeline :
"Im unable to provide the estimation date, due to the high volume of the and shortage of the staff for the delivery.
But however i will try to push the delivery for you"
So, ridiculous and dare not even confirm. Forever waiting. 😤😡😠🤬

There's a return parcel appointment booked to collect, Ninja Van either only sms said to collect, or the driver whatsapp said will collect next day but everytime ends up missing in action

Where and who are Ninja Van??
My item cleared customs in Manila Philippines on 11-Mar-2026.
Package arrived at Ninja Van carrier facility 15-Mar-2026.
Ninja Van then proceeded to document fake delivery notifications from the 15-Mar-2026 until the 23-Mar-2026. I checked global package tracking on the web site “Parcels” & noted that my package with Ninja Van was being returned to sender 23-Mar-2026. Stating that the package was being returned due to many delivery attempts.
Zero delivery attempts had been made.
Zero cell phone communication from Ninja Van.
No notification from Ninja Van that my package was being returned.
Emails from Ninja Van “We received your message and will be reviewing your concerns” thats as much help as you get. I cant find any information locally in Pampanga where Ninja Van depots are??
They steel your packages
Their drivers will not deliver your parcel and mark the delivery as "unsuccessful" three times in a row and then steel it. I live in a condo with security and front desk attendants. It's easy to verify if anyone attempts to deliver anything, and they don't. Once they mark it as an unsuccessful delivery three times in a row they automatically initiate a return. But the package never goes back. They steel it.

I really think Ninjavan is the worst courier service in Malaysia. my parcel is lost in transit but no one can even help with the issue.(messenger,website support,email) but to no avail.
