Lana from the Trade Services Team is absolutely amazing its great to work with people that are dedicated to doing an outstanding job.

Neptune products are always great quality and the sales and delivery services are excellent too. Thanks to the lady who held the item for me and special thanks to Andre and Liam for carefully delivering and constructing our glass coffee table. Very pleasant, polite and friendly chaps.

Previous customers . As ever purchasing was easy. Delivery team (Alf and Josh on this occasion ) unpacked the items , checked all was well, placed them exactly and took the rubbish away . Always courteous and early to boot . Solid service

Touch up paint for garden furniture arrived following day having spoken to Jenny who was very friendly and efficient having identified the colour I required.

Delivery by Ant and Dec (sorry Sean) was very efficient and courteous. We are delighted with our new Suffolk side board. Excellent company.

Such a positive experience from start to finish. Facilitated by Jenny in Swindon. She has been incredible! We have had many questions and queries and all have been a breeze for Jenny, she knows what she’s doing and gets it done. The team have been there for support too.

Jenny was so helpful on the phone with our enquiry about a Fara rug which is no longer stocked by Neptune.
She kindly took the measurements for us of the same rug in the Swindon showroom and looked into their stock and relevant price. We were so pleased she suggested us visiting the outlet to check the design/ quality but tbh it was excellent!!
We brought the rug home and are so pleased with it, adding character to our landing.
Thanks Jenny and your team at the Swindon outlet as you are all so helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

We love coming to Neptune at Swindon, always buy things at the outlet shop, looking around the showroom is just fab and the cafe the icing on the cake!

I love Neptune and the service at my local shop in Bury St Edmunds is great. I dealt with the outlet in Swindon recently also and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Thanks Neptune!

Our kitchen is about 4 years old so naturally a few minor problems. I contacted Neptune and they organised someone to come and repair the issues. Christian turned up and solved them all, noticing another minor issue and fixed that too. Really impressed with the service,

We purchased a ex showroom bed online from Neptune Outlet. When it arrived it was the wrong size. After taking it away they returned a couple of weeks later with the correct. The install time on both visit were spot and helpful. We also had problems around the pricing. I will gave a massive shout out to Abbey who was very quick to reply and assist and turn a negative in to a positive experience. Thank you

Really helpful Meet & Greet, directions, information of where things wee, eg Showroom, loos, cafe, parking, Warehouse Sale. Staff within the Warehouse Sale were helpful and courteous. Goods regularly re-stocked. Efficient check-out queues. All making for a pleasant visit.

We recently went to the warehouse outlet in Swindon.. the whole event was well organized and the staff were amazing. They were super helpful and knowledgeable. Managed to buy some furniture and kitchen items.

This was my second Neptune warehouse sale - not as much stock as the first one I went to but there were some lovely pieces and bargain prices. I’m very happy with my haul of beautiful accessories. The staff were exceptional as always, they couldn’t do enough to help - a great team that deserve a big thank you!

It has to be five stars. This was my first Neptune Warehouse sale and I was so looking forward to it!

I was not disappointed, it was the most relaxed, calm, civilised sale I had ever been to. Time slots, what a genius idea! Lovely, helpful man on the gate who explained there was outdoor seating and pastries available from the cafe, toilets available too.

There was a very small queue and then we were all welcomed individually by the Neptune ladies each one with a smile and a warm hello. Everything inside was as I expected from Neptune, organised, tidy, and running smoothly. Numbers for time Slots were kept small so it didn’t feel crowded or rushed.

Having called my husband mid sale he tentatively asked “so how is it?” to which I replied “I’m already looking forward to next years invite!” Thank you Swindon Neptune Outlet!
