Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. Jamie in Customer Experience is a star and without him looking after us we would have fallen into a deep broken hole of sink despair.
Anyway, end result is we have the replacement bowl we need and a chance of having a drip free toothbrushing experience in the near future!

Great purchase and delivery experience
Neptune products are always great quality and the sales and delivery services are excellent too. Thanks to the lady who held the item for me and special thanks to Andre and Liam for carefully delivering and constructing our glass coffee table. Very pleasant, polite and friendly chaps.

Dream kitchen, exceptional quality and design, unrivalled.
Such a positive experience from start to finish. Facilitated by Jenny in Swindon. She has been incredible! We have had many questions and queries and all have been a breeze for Jenny, she knows what she’s doing and gets it done. The team have been there for support too.
Our experience has been pleasing in every way and we are now very proud owners of a most splendid kitchen.

Excellent service!
Jenny was so helpful on the phone with our enquiry about a Fara rug which is no longer stocked by Neptune.
She kindly took the measurements for us of the same rug in the Swindon showroom and looked into their stock and relevant price. We were so pleased she suggested us visiting the outlet to check the design/ quality but tbh it was excellent!!
We brought the rug home and are so pleased with it, adding character to our landing.
Thanks Jenny and your team at the Swindon outlet as you are all so helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

Repairs to a 4 year old kitchen
Our kitchen is about 4 years old so naturally a few minor problems. I contacted Neptune and they organised someone to come and repair the issues. Christian turned up and solved them all, noticing another minor issue and fixed that too. Really impressed with the service,
