Very pleasant surprise beyond the shop. The room sets were amazing and we loved the kitchen designs and media walls. Well worth a visit and we will be returning very soon to peruse the wonderful interiors.

I bought some Sofia napkins from Neptune a while ago, and have recently wished I also had the matching table runner, but it's no longer stocked !
I thought maybe if I ring Neptune outlet in Swindon there might be a small chance they would have it.
I called and spoke to a lady called Karen, she explained that the inventory was coming up showing none but if I was happy to hold she would go and check the shop floor. Yes just one Sofia table runner left, it was posted to me and came the next day.
I am so happy and relieved excellent service from Karen.

We ordered the beautiful Harrington dining set just over five years ago and have loved it ever since. It still looks brand new and is incredibly comfortable. Recently I reached out to Neptune’s customer service team (specifically Beth), and they were exceptional—prompt, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to helping. It’s rare to find a company that stands by its products so well, and Neptune continues to impress. The service is so good, we're now tempted to go ahead with our order of the Harrington sofa which we've been admiring for ages.

Yet another couple of extremely friendly, courteous and professional delivery people.
Alfi and Josh were lovely and extremely patient having been sent to the wrong delivery address initially.

Such a beautiful experience and space to get ideas from.

We ordered two chairs then, 2 weeks later a dresser.
The sales staff managed to combine the two orders into one delivery.
The delivery team, Shane and Ryan, were excellent, called 30 mins before arriving, arrived on time and were really helpful with locating the furniture around the house.

I love Neptune products and the styling at the main showroom in Swindon. We have bought a few products from here inc from the outlet. I have also bought on line.
The reason for only scoring 3/5 is the customer service
1 - The process for buying and returning items in the showroom is slow and clunky despite visiting at quiet times of the week. On one occasion I left the items I wanted to return whilst heading off for a coffee
2 - We bought a glass table in the outlet one morning - there were several on display and we identified which we wanted and asked for someone to label it - we waited for a while before having to prompt someone. We then agreed we would leave it to be wrapped whilst we went elsewhere for over 5hours. when we returned it still wasn't ready for us, which was frustrating. Although the guys wrapping it did a good job and helped us get in into the car.
3 - wanting to match the lampshade on one one your lamp sets I contacted the customer service team for advice - they advised which to buy which was very different to the one I had seen which was disappointing.
4 - I wanted to buy a couple of pictures from the showroom but was advised I had to purchase online.
I asked whether I could return via the showroom if they weren't suitable. Yesterday I drove over but was advised that the 'shop area' could not process the return and I had to leave it to be refunded by a different team - not ideal as I would like reassurance that the items will be refunded

Great product and service.

I took delivery of a large garden chair during the week. Alfi & Josh delivered and as is always the case, delivery was professional, polite and a pleasure. I have received many Neptune items and with one exception (that delivery was not the Neptune team) the service has been perfect . Thank you for always excelling at what you do.

The whole process from purchasing in the store with Sophie, to being informed of the delivery date, and finally the actual delivery by Andre and Liam . Very impressed and will definitely purchase frome Neptune again.

Delivery and unpacking of a table, made by MIHAI- NINEL, last week was first class service. What a gentleman. Professional and so friendly. He took great care unpacking, positioning and polishing the table. A great asset to the company.

The Neptune outlet staff are always so helpful and Jenny goes above and beyond to assist and made my purchase so easy. The delivery team, Shane and Joe, delivered the Ophelia footstool and were a delight, so polite and friendly.

Dining room chairs ordered and expertly delivered by Dean & Lee one week later.

Jenny went above and beyond to source a teapot for me, it arrived very well packaged and extremely quickly.

Brilliant delivery early and great service plus kept me informed from Nev &Jason!

We just had Chris and Evan deliver and build our dining table from the Neptune Outlet store in Swindon. They were both fantastic! They were so friendly and helpful - took the time to show me how everything worked and made sure we were happy. Brilliant service!

Absolutely terrible customer service or lack off …I ordered 4 tins of emulsion paint from Neptune and at point of order I requested all the same batch number as one normally would and was reassured by Sophie that would be fulfilled.I was told I would receive notification on arrival …this did not happen as Sophie was away and obviously no one else advised and delayed painting and cost to us.Having collected paint assuming it was checked on point of arrival and it is all different batch #s.Spent most of morning trying to get this problem rectified.Sophie was supposed to have passed over to customer service after many calls who I called myself having not heard back.Warning to other customers for a very expensive paint there is no quality control or common sense used : Jamie from customer services just said mix it and insinuated that it’s impossible to have the same batch # as made up in small amounts! Surely 4 tins can be ordered !!! Or I should have been informed when ordering.When you are paying for a quality paint you expect to start with tins of the same batch #,even if you are going to mix.Very expensive paint,did not expect such poor customer service from a quality shop.I was served by Eve yesterday who was very accommodating and lovely in assisting with eggshell paint for wood.
Thank you for your response Jamie but the painter booked for today,has also requested that we have the same batch # as despite mixing it is obvious you would start a job with all the paint from same batch especially when you are wishing it to be particular colour.The professional painter said he’d never heard of a supplier stating they can’t supply only 4 tins with same batch # never in 30 years of painting.We would like this to be rectified immediately as again it has caused delay in painting and cost to us.
