Parked at the Newark train station to sort a customer with a flat tyre. Couldn't download the app as I had no signal so had to wait until I got out of the car park before I could download and paid for an hour. Still got a parking fine. Absolutely disgusting, robbing company.

Concise and Direct
I experienced a technical issue where the QR code for my Birmingham Airport Express Lane booking was missing from the email. I contacted customer service and received a wonderfully prompt response. The agent Lara quickly sent over a PDF attachment with the working QR code. They also proactively explained that the airport's new system only issues one QR code for two passengers, which completely put my mind at ease. Fantastic and efficient support!

NCP Spinningfields. A great car park with large spaces. Very easy to find. Parked on level 13 but lift was broken so it’s a long way down (and up) but I’d recommend using this car park if you have a high value car as CCTV is on each floor. I thought I was a minute over my time but on ringing NCP customer services, the lovely lady (Anna/Hannah) confirmed all was in order. NCP sometimes gets bad press but I’d definitely use again. Booking the express lanes at Birmingham…
Booking the express lanes at Birmingham Airport was very easy. There was an issue with the tickets, not showing the QR code correctly. I reached out the customer support team with my problem. Lara was quick with the reply. Explained there was a system error which the team was working on. Lara kindly resent my tickets with the correct QR code now showing. Would highly recommend this service, which I have used for the past few years. Keep up the good work and thank you.
