Unexpected problem resolved
Dealing with Sharon with unexpected problems while trying to to park in Edinburgh was a delight. She sorted everything out and created a case number so that when I had to phone back Tin one heff to colleagues could pick up the issue and finally resolve it. Well done Sharon!

Easy Mobile App Use and Speedy Customer Service
Using the app makes parking across the country nice as easy. Recently I was given a duplicate charge, but I requested a refund via the app - the customer service advisor (Realonda) responded within 24h saying that they had processed the refund. Great service.
