Lovely products
I’ve been using the products for a while and really like them. The cuticle balm and oil are lovely products and the oil smells divine without being overpowering. Always packaged really well with a little extra freebie in the parcel. Delivery is good with updates all the way.

I heard about navy from my tutor and…
I heard about navy from my tutor and she swore by them so i thought id try them and the double ended cuticle tool clippers wipes and balm are beautifully created. I love that it can save time and use less chemicals for nail technicians and just wipe the tool. The cuticle barm is soft and smells nice and they are so much healthier than before I will definitely be buying the rest of the tools and will highly recommend navy to my friends who.are also in the business 😊

Highly recommended
Navy cuticle balm has worked its magic on my awfully dry and damaged cuticles. I use it religiously on a daily basis and my perseverance has paid off as my cuticles are soft and manageable now.
I also purchased the Doris cuticle remover tool which is really well made and works beautifully even with my ham fisted approach!

Good products and service
Have always received very good service from NP. I don't have loads of their products, and haven't tried their tools, but I am currently using the Restore Salve, Hand Cream, Cuticle Balm and nail buffers. A nice touch recently was receiving some complimentary wipes in with my order. I can't say as yet that I've noticed a miraculous change in my hands and nails but it's early days yet and I believe I need to be consistently using these products for several months to fairly assess if they're working! I am pleased with them though. I also like the appearance of the products themselves, which is probably not as important as results, but nonetheless they're nice to look at and use.

I use Navy cuticle balm religiously and was very pleased to see it on an offer recently which prompted an extra order, it arrived promptly and nicely packaged in a small drawstring bag which was a nice touch.

I haven’t been using it for long but…
I haven’t been using it for long but I’m pleased with the results, the skin around my nails tend to be very dry and this seems to help a lot. My hands look much better now.

Fabulous product
I usually try cuticle pens but I thought I would try the mini size of the Navy balm. It moisturises the cuticles really well and has a gorgeous fragrance.

Love this cuticle balm pen. It looks so elegant and the formula actually works! I have very dry, torn cuticles so try not to be without this.

I placed an order on March 25th, which is now exactly 2 months ago. I still have not received my order at the provided address, and I have also not received a refund.
I have contacted customer service multiple times and tried calling several times as well. Each time I was told that I would receive a callback, but unfortunately that never happened.
I want my money refunded immediately.
The service has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company.

We are sorry to hear you feel disappointed with your experience.
However, we would like to clarify that your refund was processed shortly after your most recent contact with us and is currently with your payment provider. Refunds can take up to 3 working days to appear depending on your bank.
Unfortunately, the parcel was not claimed with the courier/customs within the required timeframe. As advised for international deliveries, parcels must be claimed by the recipient, and couriers will typically hold items for up to 30 days before returning them to the sender. At present, the tracking still shows the parcel in the return process and we have not yet received the goods back.
While we completely understand your frustration regarding the delay, this situation was unfortunately outside of our direct control. We have also raised this matter with Royal Mail and are awaiting the return of the parcel.
We always aim to provide the best possible service and regret that you were unhappy with your experience. We really have tried our best to resolve this for you.
Zero difference to my weak nails
Bought this stuff with high hopes for my soft weak nails… used exactly as directed…8 weeks on & …. Sadly the products have made zero difference…. The products are ok as nail polish but nothing more than that….

Nail condition can vary greatly from person to person, and factors such as lifestyle, health, previous nail damage, and nutrition can all affect results and the speed of improvement. While many customers do see positive changes, unfortunately we appreciate that not every product works the same way for everyone.

The only nail care products you should buy
There isn’t a Navy product I don’t love. From the cuticle nippers, cuticle balm, the cuticle oil pen, the eye masks, the hand cream, the hand salve; I love them all. Every product is nourishing, super high quality and smells delicious. When you buy Navy, you buy Yorkshire quality and care at its finest.
