Beautiful products
I was first introduced to this company by a colleague and once I tried the cuticle and nail balm I was absolutely hooked. I have since had delivery of the hand cream and hand balm, both products are equally as beautiful as the original product. Looking forward to now trying some different items from Navy.

I’m still waiting on one item it has been weeks on pre order date keeps getting delayed
Bought them navy case which was beautiful but too small by a few cm to fit their own nail files which is a major design flaw!! I have many of their products however there are some issues with product design team and delivery and quality assurance which really lets the company down as many of their products are good

postage was quite delayed, the cuticle oil pen and balm are amazing! Sadly the hand salve is a little too thick and oily for me, which I’m gutted about as I had really high hopes, I touched my shirt after applying and the oil/thickness has damaged the shirt. Beautiful scents and packaging though.

With our Restore Salve, a very small amount really does go a long way. It’s a highly concentrated, water free formula, so you only need a tiny amount warmed between the hands and massaged into the skin. Using a little less should allow it to absorb beautifully without leaving too much product sitting on the surface.
We’re really sorry to hear about your shirt, though, and completely understand your disappointment. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, as feedback like this is always really valuable.

Milky Bath Review
Packaging, website, overall feel of the company all very lovey. However I do find the milky bath a little disappointing. It doesn’t smell of much and rather than a luxurious oil or lather in the bath it just feels… cloudy? It also disrupts bubble bath, the formulas don’t seem to mix well, so I was left with just a white bath that didn’t smell of much both times I have used it (one with bubble bath and one without). Wasn’t really what I wanted unfortunately.

Our Milky Bath is intentionally organic and unfragranced, with a much more natural, gentle bathing experience in mind rather than a highly scented or foaming one. It’s also designed to be used alone, rather than alongside bubble bath, as combining the two formulas can affect how they perform in the water.
When added to warm water, it creates the soft, milky appearance you’ve described rather than a lather.
We completely appreciate this style of bath product won’t be for everyone, but really value you taking the time to share your experience with us.

We are genuinely sorry to read this, we would, however, like to provide some context for anyone reading your review.
Your original Katey nippers were sent to our Tool Care team for assessment. Unfortunately, despite work being carried out, they were assessed as unrepairable. Our CCTV clearly shows your original nippers being placed into a Tool Care bag, packed into your return parcel, and the completed parcel being sealed, weighed and dispatched. The delivery evidence also shows the parcel arriving sealed and without visible damage.
When you subsequently advised us that the nippers were not inside the parcel, we took your complaint seriously. Our team reviewed the CCTV several times, checked our dispatch and weight records, contacted Royal Mail, reviewed the delivery evidence and escalated the matter to senior level.
We have never questioned your integrity, but equally we cannot disregard the evidence showing the nippers were packed dispatched and delivered.
We are particularly saddened by your suggestion that Navy no longer needs small businesses. Navy was founded within the industry and both consumers and professionals will always remain an incredibly important part of our business and community.
We are sorry that on this occasion we have been unable to reach the resolution you hoped for, but we do believe we have investigated your complaint thoroughly and offered a fair way forward based on the evidence available to us.

Purchased the Hand and Cuticle Serum and very disappointed as it has a very strong lingering fragrance. I was hoping such a premium brand would offer a much more subtle, natural scent. So unable to use it. If you like strong fragrance this is for you, if not, avoid.

I have recently enrolled in a foot health practitioner course and wanted to up the ante on my own foot and nail care
I bought the travel manicure set, grow and repair nail care, as well as the nail file set and the cuticle balm.
Bearing in mind I'm not a pro at nails, but using this fail safe system means my nails now look like shiny pebbles.

Products good… not matched by service and marketing
I should start by saying the products are good.
However, this company is really let down by its customer service and marketing.
I was going to place an order during their 25% off sale. However international shipping cost was prohibitively expensive, much more than other beauty/wellness brands, so I did not go through with the purchase.
Shortly after, I received an email from them, noting I had not made the purchase in my cart and offering an additional 10% off. This would have offset the expensive postage by about 50% which seemed reasonable. So I again tried to purchase… but the code didn’t work.
I emailed customer service and explained the situation. They said that this code couldn’t be used in conjunction with any other offer. So why send me it, when everything on their website and thus in my basket, was included in the 25% off offer. It is very misleading and I was offered no suggested resolution, just an apology for the confusion. There was no confusion… you offered me something that you then would not allow me to fulfill. To make it worse they sent me the email offering an additional 10% discount again!!
They really need to up their marketing and customer service to match the premium products and prices.

Receiving an email offering an additional discount, only to find it could not be used because of the existing promotion, is not the experience we want anyone to have. We completely understand why this felt misleading and we are sorry for the frustration it caused.
Unfortunately, this was the result of an automated email being sent during a sitewide promotion in error, but that does not make your experience any better and we appreciate you highlighting it. We are already reviewing how these emails work to help prevent this happening again.
We are also sorry that we did not offer you a better resolution when you contacted us. We always want our customer service to reflect the same level of care that goes into our products and, in this instance, we did not get that right.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Feedback like yours genuinely helps us improve and move forward.

Absolutely delighted
I’m absolutely delighted how much Cuticle Balm has helped my natural nails.
Other women in my family have also become Navy converts after I gifted the Cuticle Balm and other Navy products as stocking fillers.
I’m not too keen on the signature Navy fragrance, so might try their new fragrance free Restore Salve. Tracey in the team at Navy recommends it as as option,as it has all the nourishing benefits but without the scent, and it's incredibly versatile – it can be used anywhere on the body, not just on cuticles.
Have now had 2 orders, both gone perfectly.
My nails were a mess, delaminating, until I started using Cuticle Balm every night. Brilliant product. I have under active thyroid, but no idea why my nails got so bad. I’ve given my GP a sample of the cuticle balm to share with other patients with the same problem. It’s saved my nails. In about a month.
I read about Navy’s nail buffer in Mail on Sunday last year, and that’s also a great tip for nail care.
