What a joke. This is one of those company which takes your money without you Consciously signing something.
There are websites, like national express, where you agree to get some rewards, and you have to tick a small box to agree. But there, in the Terms & conditions, with small text in the corner, they tell you they will charge you. Obviously almost no one reads terms and conditions, so they use this loophole, instead of Clearly & avold Stating that this is a subscription.

Please know that My Time Rewards is a genuine cashback programme that offers members the chance to save 10%+ cashback on over 1000+ retailers. The only way you can sign up is if you fill out your details manually on our sign-up page, as well as agree to our Terms and Conditions. We try to make it as clear as possible that our programme is a paid subscription and mention this multiple times on the sign-up page, that there is a monthly fee after the 30-day free trial period ends.
Upon checking, your membership has been cancelled on 29 September 2025 and it was made during free trial. Therefore, no charge has been made on your account. We also sent you a cancel confirmation email.

This is my 3rd WEEK waiting for my ID to be approved. How is this acceptable ? I have waited over 3 weeks, I have been trying to follow up with them after them taking my ID and till date no concrete response whatsoever for the team and they just make you wait and stay silent !
21 DAYS !!! Will file a report with the ICO about taking my ID and not paying up !

⚠️ Scam Company – Unauthorized Charges, Avoid at All Costs!
This company is nothing but a scam. They have been charging me every single month without my permission for a so-called “rewards” membership that I never signed up for. Over a long period of time, they have stolen around £250 from me for absolutely nothing.
I never gave them my bank details, yet they managed to take money directly from my account month after month. This is fraudulent behavior and completely unacceptable.
If you find yourself in the same situation, stay away from this company immediately. Close and change your bank card, and contact your bank’s fraud team as soon as possible to stop further charges.
Companies like this should not be allowed to operate. I am pursuing a full refund and reporting this to the authorities.

I was not adequately warned of huge charges.
My Time flashed up when I was trying to renew a railcard on line, ostensibly as a linked discount scheme. So did Complete Savings, which appears to be the same thing. Both seemed at the time to be a free offering from Trainline, and I was not aware of being told of any charges. 10 days later, on 18 September I got emails from both, and only by reading right through to the end did I realise I was about to have £18 taken off my credit card monthly by BOTH! (Yes £36 pcm). The cancellation process seemed easy, once I knew I was being charged, but I am seething at the way my details were taken, and feel seriously misled on charges.
I have taken the extra precaution of changing my credit card. If your debit/credit card is still being charged despite telling them to stop, I suggest asking your bank to cancel the card, and to send a new one with a different number. It’s a pain that I will have to contact other, legit, companies about the new card, but so be it.

Finally found them
Finally found them, for nearly three years you have been taking two rewards monies (this one and complete savings) from my account, have cancelled with my bank, but they just keep on taking it. I’ve tried to Google them on so many occasions and not found a telephone number until recently.
I believe nearly £1000 has been taken from my account, because I apparently ordered Pizza in October 2022. I don’t eat pizza and cannot get Pizza delivery to my address.
Spoken with cancellation team tonight and will apparently get last three months of both subscriptions credited to my account, but for a longer period of time, they have to check I’ve not used the rewards package. No rewards used by me, never logged on, never used it,
28/08/2025 update, I have increased my score to two stars, customer service have confirmed that a refund will be issued for monies taken from my account, if monies are credited to my account I will increase my score accordingly. I still feel strongly that a subscription has been taken for nearly three years, not one but two subscriptions, which I have no knowledge off. I have consistently cancelled them with my bank, but as it was a debit card transaction they have been unable to do this and it needed to cancel with the provider. I found it previously difficult to trace the company and with the two emails found going to Junk folders, that's why I have previously missed them. Thankfully gmail has an "all box" folder and I traced them that way. But the account that relates to this has never been activated, never been used.
30/8 I received a full refund of just over £1000 for monies taken, on that basis I’ve increased by review to 4 stars, try to judge a company not on their mistakes but how they rectify them. I’m still struggling to find out how I even signed up in the first place, don’t like pizza and can’t get a delivery to my address. Also feel the practice of taking by a debit card rather than a DD worrying, as it’s so difficult to cancel. ASA and MSE Forum in 2024 reported that companies (Argos, Domino’s, Papa Johns and Trainline) that use this scheme on their websites received a commission and that ads were misleading. Cannot comment on the service they offer as I’ve not had an active account, but very pleased they refunded my monies.

Total scam - signed up to either complete save or mytimerewards and then got no cashback on trainline tickets bought via their "affiliate links" then got billed by both companies.

At best nefarious at worst a SCAM
And here I am, another victim of this ‘we’ll help ourselves to £18 of your money and try and tell you it’s all above board’ SCAM Company. I know have not subscribed. I would like my £18 back please, along with an assurance you won’t be taking any more £18 from my account. Nefarious is an understatement.
UPDATE. I have received an email asking for further detail. I am happy to do so but when trying to submit it asks for a reference number, but there isn’t one attached to the email. Please instruct me further how to get this further information to you including the appropriate.
UPDATE 17/8/25. It would appear that the latest £18 taken by MyRewards is winging its way back to my account. I will report again once this has cleared. The indications are if you have been ‘caught short’ by this company you may well have by a company called Complete Savings too. I’ve had both these companies take £18 from my account. Complete Savings have refunded. However, I am still on my mettle ….. is there another company coming for £18 that have somehow harvested my credit card details.
Note. - on reading other reviews here it seems that Trainline are complicit in this. I for one can certainly trace it back to a transaction with them ! Stay vigilant.

THIS IS A SCAM! I have never subscribed to this outfit or become a member yet they have been taking £18 per month out of my account. I have no idea how they got my bank account details. I opened (and subsequently closed) an account with Complete Savings so can only assume My Time Rewards took my details from there. I can’t log on to their site to cancel the payments because I was never a member. I have emailed but of course not received a reply. I have blocked payments on my bank account and raised a Fraud action.
