THIS IS A SCAM! I have never subscribed to this outfit or become a member yet they have been taking £18 per month out of my account. I have no idea how they got my bank account details. I opened (and subsequently closed) an account with Complete Savings so can only assume My Time Rewards took my details from there. I can’t log on to their site to cancel the payments because I was never a member. I have emailed but of course not received a reply. I have blocked payments on my bank account and raised a Fraud action.

AVOID - first check their location!
Suddenly - £18 taken on my card (unnoticed), followed by three more - total £72. Complaint - they could not find my membership number. Not surprising, I am not a member. I asked for their physical UK address to small court claim them - they are in Switzerland.
Then an 'explanation' my card must have been used by someone else, or a family member! Not so - my 'card' is only on my phone and only myself has access. They were able to refund me because the address they had did not match mine!
Hours of frustrating emails, no apology, no compensation for my time.
Now I have £36 taken from my card by Completesave.uk - apparently a related business!

I love Mytimerewards. I'm member about half a year. At the beginning, i didn't trust the website. Too good to be true. But it's amazing. Love it. Getting 10% cashback on shopping on eBay, trainpal. And 25% on day out activities plus 2for1 for any museum and spa. I saved a lot with my family so far. It's worth it for families who do activities and day trips.

i have been directed to these from complete savings, which both seem to be under the same ways of working.
Absolute scam. They trick you with rewards to collect your card details, then start charging automatically monthly fees.
I tried to to claim my rewards that were within the requirements but they still decline them. Be careful!

A Rabbit Hole of a Scam
Edited version of initial review.
After hours of investigating, I've finally realised how I've been charged £33, for two separate subscritions I had no idea were paid-for subscriptions / I had.
Booked coach tickets on National Express website. After paying, national express offered me a little cash back to sign up for NX (national express) Rewards. Assumed this was to engender a little brand loyalty, the same as many other brands offering similar things do. So signed up. No where did I see "WARNING, PAID FOR SUBSCRIPTION". Don't recall seeing any money redeemed, but did start getting emails from some other company 'My Time Rewards', with the usual generic "shop with us and save" blah-blah.
Some weeks later, I'm charged for two separate subscriptions, 1x NX Rewards £15, and 1x My Time Rewards £18. Having then checked through the assumed spam of these companies, I find subscription opt-out links in the small print at the footer of the emails. Apparently I'd been signed up to not one, but two subscriptions, with identical small print, and identical subscription cancellation link, landing page. Hmmmm?...
Is NX Rewards scheme being run by a third party, that might be duplicating an already highly questionable sign-up processes, to another company (My Time Rewards)? All of these reviews underline how questionable that process must be.
So, if your confused how this company started charging you, maybe look into any loyalty or cash back schemes you've signed up for, through completely different companies.

Company requested that Trust pilot remove my review unless I provided company with my name, phone number and membership number. Upon looking for emails from company to do this, I find my membership number isn't there. Can't provide my membership number, won't provide my phone number to people that I, and many others feel have abused previous information that's been given, and there is only one person with my email address, which is on your system. My details are linked to that email.
This review has been copied and pasted to a local document, so if it is removed, I will repost it, and contact Trust pilot to clarify. And if there are any further attempts to take money from my account, by you or NX Rewards, who both use Swiss bank accounts (not at all suspicious), who both use P.O. Boxes as company addresses (not at all suspicious), WHO BOTH USE THE EXACT SAME P.O. BOX ADDRESS!!! and who both use the same email page layouts (excluding body, but including verbatim smallprint), who you vehemently deny being a part of the same highly criticised umbrella company, I will contact ActionFraudUK (AGAIN), to have you further investigated.
Now, this review stays. Leave it, and me, alone, and I'll leave you alone.

Almost Fruad
These sort of companies should not be allowed to exist. Nothing but a waste of money. They show you a small discount on something you purchase online and when you accept it you sign up to this subscription.
The only way to find out about the subscription is to read the terms and services (which people rarely read) so the user has no clue until they look back through their bank statements and find the money gone.
A subscription service like this should only be able to take money from you if you use it once per month in my opinion.

48 days now and still not paying me
my case has been a "top priority" case for a month and i still haven't got any emails from them, the only emails they sent me were the repeating ones asking for documents i had provided already.
so if you want to earn cashback from their site
1) be prepared to wait for 2 months minimum
2) provide your ID, driver license, passport, tenancy agreement, bank statement, payslips etc, without these they can legally refuse to pay you what you earned with their service

Scammers - somehow get you to sign up without telling you the details - their emails hit spam filters so you never know anything about it then they take £18 a month from you

UPDATE - You've misnamed me in your reply; good start. If you're suggesting that your sign-up process is clear then why are so many people getting it wrong and complaining? If it's constant user error then your sign-up process is flawed.
Deliberately I'd suggest and therefore a scam.
