I have no idea how this company got my bank details, they have taken 36 pounds and I can’t access my stuff called account. Managed to cancel by an automated phone call but will see if this has really happened…. What a con!!!!
In response to company, I have since been in touch with my bank who were able to tell me that through purchasing a ticket from Trainline I must have clicked a ‘save money’ button…. By doing this I gave access to my bank details via Trainline…. All I wanted was a train ticket!! My bank has put a block on the company and told me that they frequently have to put blocks on for other customers experiencing the same problem with Mytimerewards!

They charged me 2x £18 after I cancelled my subscription and deleted my NX Rewards account. Use Revolut and lock them in Revolut.

After cancellation, you can continue to use the Service and enjoy its benefits until the end of the current contract period. After the end of the contract period, you will no longer have access to the Service.

Predatory subscription trap targeting consumers
Avoid at all costs! I was unknowingly signed up for BOTH "My Time Rewards" and "Complete Savings" after a simple online booking. I live in Ireland and have been charged £36 (€42) EVERY MONTH (£18 for Mytimerewards and same £18 for Complete Savings) form past 8 months without using the service once. This is predatory billing designed to bleed bank accounts dry. I have filed a formal complaint (by sending email to both services). If not resolved immediately, I will be escalating this to the CCPC and ECC Ireland. I have cancelled both subscripts now (Cancellation Refs: 69323474 & s-69323432).

Day light scammers...
I too have been having £18 taken from my account from having a direct debit for my train swift card.. this is sneakily taken somehow for months I have asked for this money to be returned to my account...and if not I will raise a dispute with my bank..the rail company should have this taken off there direct debit form..There is far too many complaints about this and should be reported to watchdog..Reply to my Reply... You have used my bank details to take money from my account from setting up a direct debit for my rail card..I haven't got a direct debit for my time rewards and yet you still manage to take money from my account...I wish to have this money repaid to my account or I shall take this further...

I don't remember ever signing up for Mytimerewards subscription and they have been taking a monthly subscription fee from my account. My bank just called and asked me to verify that this was a legitimate transaction and I had to tell my bank that I had not bought a subscription for 18pounds sterling a month from this company. I've been looking for a way to cancel this subscription and now my bank has finally cancelled it for me. I am now in the process of trying to get my money back from them. I have had absolutely no benefits from this subscription. It appears to me to be a fraud.

Untrustworthy - Allergic to Paying Out
I signed up for a trial recently, made 2 purchases which were qualified, validated and even marked as 'sent' on their system.
A few days later (and with no reward payment received) I recieved a mail saying there was suspicious behaviour on my account and they required a long list of info (bank statements / ID / utility bill) to verify me.
As I was in the trial period and have very little faith in this company or their legitimacy, I decided not to bother and end my trial. They didn't respond to my last email from several days ago and are clearly very keen to take your money as a membership fee, but not so keen to pay out or to offer good customer service.

If you follow the rules, you will be good
If you follow the rules and read the headlights you can save a lot, especially if you are travelling and buying tickets for fligh, attraction or hotels, you paying monthly subsricption but after the first 1 cashback reported in the month, you get it back. Reccomend but you need to play by the rules again. Fast cashback is usually less than a month, usually a week or two.

I've been scammed by yet another scam site, before that I was on Weezchat... It seems
they're working with banks and withdrawing money from a customer's account regardless of whether they're registered on the site. This is the second time I've encountered such brazen behavior.
