Personalisation - not worth it
The wooden activity table I got for my daughter’s 1st birthday is perfect, will last for years and very sturdy with storage. The only downside was getting it personalised, the writing came half hanging off and isn’t going to last long: I’m not sure how much it cost but better saving those pennies if I’m honest.

My 1st Years Have Once Again Outdone Themselves With Yet Another Fantastic Activity Toy
As I wanted to spend a little bit extra on my nephew for Christmas this year, I decided to go back to My 1st Years just to see if there was anything that particularly stood out to me, something that looked fun and was a learning experience as well.
During that time, they were still offering a lot of winter promotional discounts on their products but I came across a toy that wasn't in sale, which was the Safari Table Top Activity Tree. But because I'm a Loyalty Member, I was able to use all of my points to get a huge discount, £20 off the product which I think is just fantastic. So the toy was about £60 and I was able to get for £40, so I would highly recommend joining the loyalty programme as you can get so pretty amazing deals and discounts.
The delivery took about 6 days to get me and as per usual, I continued to receive regular updates from My 1st Years and Evri regarding my order and displayed fantastic communication with both parties of exactly when I would receive my order. No hiccups or issues, perfectly pleased with both of their services.
The activity toy itself is just fantastic in itself. It is very large in its size, but the overall design and layout of the toy is just perfection. The 3-D aspect of the design is very clever because each section of the toy has got a different learning activity to it. It's a very sensory and interactive toy, the colour palette is quite soft and subtle, but I think this is a very stimulating toy which just makes it more engaging, so I know that my nephew wont get bored of this.
I just want to shout out another thank you to My 1st Years yet again, you have once again outdone yourselves. Extremely happy and very pleased with the product, I'll definitely be coming back again.

1004487480 - I placed an order for a friend that’s had a new baby also another item for my nephew!
One of the gift box was damaged possible in transit!
I contacted my first years and spoke to customer advisor Krisha, she was very polite knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and within the hour she contacted me by email informing me how she would deal with the issue.
It was the best customer service that I have received in a long while…

Outstanding customer service
There was a faulty part on the item I purchased. I emailed the company and received an email back within the hour from Alina. She advised that a replacement had been sent out. I received this the following day. Such good customer service. I would recommend this company.

I would not use this company again!
I ordered a dressing gown for my little boy, it arrived with the name spelt wrong. Therefore a new dressing gown was sent out, this was also incorrect and was missing the cars that should have been printed on.
I asked for a refund however the company would not do this until I sent both items back, even though I had provided proof by sending photos of the items.
Despite wasting so much of my time sending me the wrong items twice they will wanted me to send faulty items back to process a refund.
Just avoid at all costs. I have 2 faulty items and no refund.

Not taking responsibility for damaged item!
Ordered a personalised grey corduroy bag. The name had been ironed on and below where the name was placed, there is a big line which can only be described as a burn mark? From transferring.
The fabric is damaged. Contacted customer services to be told they can issue £5 store credit. For a £30 bag!?
Stated that the compensation does not cover to which they then said ‘If you would not like the £5 store credit to keep the item with a slight dent, you can return the order to us for a refund or replacement.’
Slight dent!? Completely underplayed the damage. I explained that I want to return for a refund but do not feel I should be liable for return postage. I have now been ignored.
Utterly disheartening. Will never buy from them again. Especially when it seems Shein currently offer the same item for seemingly better quality and a fraction of the price.

I have bought lots of different items from my 1st years over the years, my most recent purchase a Christmas tree bauble for my daughter, unfortunately it broke after Christmas but thought I would email the company to see what could be done, Oliwia was extremely helpful and although they couldn’t send a new bauble out as it was no longer in stock, I received store credit to purchase one next year. Replaced part dog chewed
Bought a lovely doll with outfits for my daughter for Xmas. Unfortunately 10s after opening my mums dog chewed one of the dress hangers. Not only did they very kindly replace this for me when they didn’t have to. They also sent the hanger with a personalised dress. Super appreciated and they sorted it so quickly. Will def shop here again.
