I had a problem with an item I bought from My 1st years so I emailed customer services to explain what had happened. Shannon from the Customer Services Management Team contacted me straight away and offered me a replacement which I happily accepted. The new item was with me within 3 days. Great customer service and I would highly recommend this company.

My mum ordered personalised items for her granddaughters first Christmas presents, one of which was spelt wrong and they then told her they could not replace this and did not offer a refund. Poor service. At least check the items before sending them out….

The presentation box for my personalised baby towel arrived damaged and the company responded very quickly, arranging for a new one to be sent to me by express delivery. Their support worker, Dorota, was particularly kind and helpful in dealing with the problem.

My son received a Paddington post box for Christmas, but unfortunately the door broke shortly after. I contacted My 1st Years via WhatsApp and received excellent customer service from Ewelina. They were very understanding, resolved the issue quickly, and arranged a replacement without any hassle. The replacement was sent with express delivery, which was a lovely touch. Great service and a very positive experience overall.

I had ordered a few items for xmas and one item broke after couple uses. I contacted customer services and Krisha dealt with my request. After only couple emails and couple of pictures to show the issue they are replacing my item without question. Very happy with the services. Thankyou.

Ordered a birthday present with an estimated delivery time of 5 days. After hearing nothing, I contacted them only to be told the order hadn’t even been dispatched yet.
Instead of refunding the delivery fee for missing their own deadline, they offered a £5 discount on a future purchase( why would I spend money here again after such poor service?)
Completely unreliable, especially for time-sensitive orders. Avoid if you actually need your item when promised. I ended up spending double the money for birthday present as I had to buy another one on the spot.

I love this company - they are my go-to for children's personalised gifts. I received fantastic customer service from Ewelina, who followed through my purchase and query and definitely went the extra mile. My family, who were the recipeint of this particular gift (beautiful personalised playtent) was equally impressed with the service. This has made me even more a fan of this company and I continue to highly recommend it.

I’ve been purchasing gifts from my 1st years for a couple of years now, and I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed. The service has always been reliable, and the quality of their products is consistently excellent, which is why I keep coming back. Recently, I had a small issue with one of my orders, but it was handled incredibly quickly and professionally. A customer service assistant named Alina reached out and helped resolve the problem right away. She arranged a replacement, and everything was sorted within a day or two, which I really appreciated.
Big thank you to Alina and the whole team for the great customer service. I highly recommend this company and will definitely continue shopping with them.

The engraved stacking toys I bought were beautiful and look well made. They came in a gorgeous gift box which my mistake I thought would have been a gift box each as was 2 separate gifts however customer service was great and resolved this for me. I am very excited to present these in their lovely gift boxes to my 2 friends who had a baby each within 3 weeks of one another

Who are you all speaking to to get a quick response? I have called 14 times, messaged the online chat on 4 different occasions, the WhatsApp chat, emailed multiple times and I am yet to have a response???
I spent just over £200, paid for next day delivery and Evri posted it in a bin? I’m down on a lot of money and more importantly my nieces and nephews birthday presents!!
Zero response, they’ve ignored every single email, every single chat, I’m disgusted!!

It took 3 orders to get the product 'right'
Order 1- embroidery stitched wonky, partially on seam.
Order 2- design incorrect
Order 3- correct, then started to fall apart after 1st use.
Each time CS made me return the bag before they would resend, I also didn't get an apology or any kind of care in the responses from customer services until I escalated this. There bag was ordered early December as a Christmas present, the 3rd bag arrived in Jan.
Currently sent in a complaint on faulty bag 3. I don't hold out any hope of a decent resolution.
Edit- They have offered a different product of the same value, so we have chosen a different bag style. Hopefully that's this sorted and resolved.

Bought a personalised back pack for my Granddaughter the setting of the letters was off particularly the letter a at the end I notified that I wasn’t happy they assured me it was correct and sent examples.
Nowhere in the examples was the final letter a the same as on my item it’s not that it’s wonky I accept that it’s just a lot further away from the other letters that’s my issue which they don’t seem to understand.
I messaged back and they just showed the letter a not the whole name.
Messaged back still not happy offered a return at my own expense which is all well and good as they don’t normally accept returns on personalised items so I should be grateful but I’m not.
Have bought from here before for my family and friends etc and problems have always been solved but this time I think I’ll steer clear in future.

Be careful ordering at the weekend as there is no customer support. I made a mistake on a Saturday when ordering due to the poor design of their website. I didn’t get a reply until Monday afternoon and instead of checking with me they just sent out the package and charged me next day postage which wasn’t required. I would have ordered another item and put that towards the cost. Also the phone & keys set is definitely not worth the price but can’t be returned due to the fact it’s personalised.
I won’t be using this company again due to the lack of customer service and quality.

great website and product choice. i had an issue with the Free Shipping not working and I contacted 1st years via email. i had a very quick response from Oliwia who kindly said she would rectify this and issue a refund immediately. Its rare to get such excellent customer service these days - thank you Oliwia! I will buy from 1st Years again.

Order didn’t arrive in time for a birthday and a day later still hasn’t arrived and whilst I got an apology after emailing numerous times for an update, it’s not good enough, 1st birthdays happen once and when you pay for a service you should receive it, 3-5 working days delivery, we are day 7 still waiting, will not be ordering again.
