Ewelina was a brilliant help!

Ewelina was a brilliant help correcting a mistake that was on an original order that a friend had bought us. She very kindly corrected the mistake and sent us the order via first class, all of which was free of charge. This was very kind and unexpected! The customer service was fantastic and the fact my order was going to be delivered either the next day or the day after that was exceptional! Would thoroughly recommend Ewelina and my 1st years for their service!

Please dont deal with this company if you value your own time

The item I received had an incorrect personalisation. I had to email and call persistently to get any resolution. Their responses were either non existent or slow except when they were denying it was their fault. They accused me of not responding to some of their emails which was utterly untrue. The whole experience left me frustrated, upset and ultimately embarassed as the present was for my godchild.

Not even received my package yet but…

Not even received my package yet but the process so far is amazing. The fact they stay true to their word and have personalised gifts sent for next day and with a tracking. I’m so happy with their services so far. Will definitely be my go to website for baby gifts. My nephew will be one happy chap!

Ordered two separate ‘baby box’ gifts…

Ordered two separate ‘baby box’ gifts for 2 separate friends babies (different names). I received both in one gift box and had to take half out of the gift box to give to one friend and am now left without a box for the other. I assumed this would be dealt with easily but after complaining , they have sent me a link to buy another box and will not send one out after spending £150 already. Fantastic service !! Not!!!

The customer service was excellent. Krisha went above and beyond to help with a customised replacement block.
The pull along train was really cute and good quality.

SCAMMED

SCAMMED.
I purchased a hamper for next day delivery (for an extra £11.99) and they didnt try to deliver it until almost 10 days later. I made several attempts to request a refund and cancellation and was ignored.

They randomly tried to deliver the parcel somewhere and uploaded a photo which isn’t proof of purchase and are now ignoring all requests to resolve.

Having used them for all occasions before, spending hundreds if not thousands, I will not be using first years ever again

The staff were rude, unhelpful and unresponsive. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Good Customer service

My personalised box arrived damaged, but Krisha sorted everything out very quickly and sent me a replacement by express delivery. Good customer service. (only 4 stars as the box was obviously damaged when put in the shipping carton)

Really let down by this company and…

Really let down by this company and costumer service just keep messaging back and forwards. Order not delivered after 8 days and missed my daughter birthday, all I been provided are promises and lies. Would not order again, really BAD costumer service from KRISHA, offered my £5.00 to compensate order which is not delivered and absolutely missed the purpose, Told me also to place another other and pay for next day delivery. How you can place another another if company is not delivering what they promise? Please review your policy and costumer service. Those are gifts for little ones, which are important more than anything !!! Awaiting a refund and apology for this horrible experience !!!!

Really disappointed with this company I placed an order on sunday 12th April with the 3-5 day standard delivery and now 7 days later still no updates and no communication from the company I had to chase up using the web chat to be told they are behind on orders which respectful is not my fault but why let people order when you know you cannot get the deliveries out on time?

I’m extremely disappointed with my…

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. I placed it on Saturday expecting it to arrive by Friday, as I need it for a baby shower this weekend. I’ve now been told the package won’t even be shipped until next week, making it completely useless for the occasion.

I’ve ordered from My1stYears several times before, and I’m starting to question why I keep coming back. While the personalised products themselves are lovely, the delivery times are consistently unreliable. Advertising 3–5 day UK delivery but actually taking up to two weeks is completely unacceptable.

I contacted customer services, but unfortunately the response from Ewelina was unhelpful. I was simply told there are delays and that my order wouldn’t arrive within the stated timeframe and then abruptly ended the conversation with me. These delays were not communicated at the point of purchase, and no effort was made to resolve the issue….no option to expedite shipping or even a goodwill gesture such as a discount on next-day delivery.

Overall, there seems to be a real lack of accountability. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Excellent Customer Service

The customer service at My 1st Year's is excellent. My box arrived damaged but it was replaced quickly and I received it the next day. Shannon from the Customer Service team was so helpful and I cannot thank her enough as I needed the box for my grandson's 1st birthday. The products at My 1st Years are excellent quality and the personalisation makes them that extra special. Well done to a great company. I will definitely be purchasing again.
