Exemplary Customer Service
I had an issue with an item I had ordered, and so emailed to try to get it remedied on a very short time scale. The customer service I received from Oliwia was second to none. She was so very helpful, professional and efficient - it was such a joy to get assistance from someone who is clearly very good at their job. Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I ordered a rocking horse for my grandson’s first birthday, but it never arrived. The parcel sat with Evri for days, and despite me explaining clearly that it was for his birthday and needed urgently, the company refused to send a replacement.
Instead of resolving the problem properly, they kept telling me to wait for an update from the courier. On the day my grandson should have had his present, I was then told the parcel was lost and only offered a refund.
A refund at that stage did not solve the problem, because the whole point was that I needed the gift in time for his birthday. Better customer service would have been to send a replacement straight away and deal with the courier issue separately.
Very poor handling of a simple issue, and I would not order from them again.

Once we were made aware of the delay, we raised an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately, these investigations can take some time and we are not able to obtain immediate answers from the courier network while they locate or confirm the status of a parcel.

I ordered a few personalised Items at the baby show in the excel last weekend and was a little disappointed to find the cardigan I had ordered was made in the incorrect size I brought. I emailed my first years and they were great, especially Shannon, she rectified the issue very quickly and they dispatched the correct item. Ordered star personalised toy box & personalised PJs. Text of name on toy box was awful, not like as shown in options given. Pj's washed once, elastic twisted and name faded. Emailed 1st years. They basically replied "that's the Text you chose and the elastic & fade of name on the Pjs was due to washing.
THEY HAVE LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER, QUALITY HAS DECREASED DUE TO THEM USING A CHEAP QUALITY PRODUCTION

Regarding the pyjamas, the issue reported appears to be the result of wear and washing rather than a manufacturing fault. As the items were purchased several months ago, we are unfortunately unable to offer a resolution at this stage in line with our policy.

Horrible company
Would leave 0 stars if I could. Do not buy from them my parcels didn’t turn up around Christmas, they won’t refund me but can’t even tell me where my parcel is. Told me it’s probably to lost and to contact the police… over a lost parcel??? And are now ignoring my emails.
My reply to their reply to my original complaint, my contract is with YOU I do not legally have to obtain a crime reference number even if there was proof it was stolen and there is not I am not wasting police time. You don’t have GPS details because you emailed me telling me that it was delivered to a school which I have proof of, how can it be delivered to a school when it was Christmas and it was closed, ive asked you about it probably over 5 times now and every single time you’ve ignored me because you can’t answer me because its LOST not STOLEN. So what you’re doing is illegal under the consumer rights act of 2015 YOU are liable for the parcel reaching me. So do NOT buy from this company if you want to be stolen from. It’s them who I will be contacting the police about.

Hi, as confirmed in our email correspondence since Christmas, we are required to follow the procedure outlined in our Terms and Conditions when a parcel is reported as not received.
Our courier has confirmed delivery to the correct location based on their GPS and delivery scan records. In situations like this, a crime reference number is required in order for us to proceed with a formal investigation and provide a resolution. This is part of the claims process and is not a refusal to help.
We are not refusing a resolution; however, we do require the necessary documentation and for the required form to be completed, confirming that the parcel cannot be located.
Once this information is provided, we are able to move forward accordingly.

Cannot fault the customer service from Ewelina, not only did she replace something for me, her responses were prompt, she put it on express delivery AND I still received 25 percent discount for my next order. I received a personalised gift for my baby when she was born 3 years ago and I loved it and it’s a keepsake for us to cherish forever.
