Great experience

Unfortunately my parcel was delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted My first years, Ewelina got straight back to me and honestly it was a first class service. Within a few days she had a new parcel at my door waiting for me. Absolutely no hassle after something I thought was going to be a horrible experience. I have ordered from my first years a few times and I will be ordering a lot more!

Poor customer service from start to finish

Paid for next day delivery and did not arrvie the next day (which was a working day), furthermore when the delivery arrived it was damaged.

Raised as a complaint as due to gift to new parents the next day and offered a replacement which would not have arrived on time or store credit, which I specifcally stated I did not want after paying for next day delivery and not getting this service and the experiance so far.

Customer service team (Geraldine) then logged off for the day with no update or resolution, customer service is very poor and not much care given (to customer or products) once they have your money.

Review of current 2026 reviews on Trustpiolt all show 5 Star but majority are issues with orders.... seems bizzare to me

Update - 9th April 2026 - Still discussing a refund for the gift box with customer service (Geraldine) I have provided proof that the gift box has value (they sell them on their site), consistently stated store credit is not acceptable and requested compenstation for sourcing a replacement gift box. I note there would have been time for a replacement if the delivery arrived the next day as paid for. They have refunded the full amount paid for this service not received.

From our records, we can see that we have offered the available resolutions, including a full refund of the delivery costs paid and a replacement of the gift box. As there was not enough time for a replacement to arrive, a store credit was also offered as an alternative. Please note that the gift box itself is provided free of charge, so this would not be eligible for a refund. We have not yet received a response from you regarding these options, so please do reply within the existing email thread and we will be happy to assist further.

Excellent personalized products and service.

I ordered newborn easter bunny, onesie and a bath robe. I originally provided the wrong spelling for the personalized name. The company were very good about my error and remedied without any problems. The receiver described the items as adorable and the added personalized gift box will be used for baby keepsakes. Quick delivery too.

Birmingham Selfridges

I went to the my first years store in Selfridges Birmingham, my daughter wanted a personalised bunny Olive Green colour. The assistant at the store Karina was very nice and helpful n made the experience even more special. Loved the way she packaged n wrapped it all and helped my daughter pick out the colours n fonts n advised what writing would be better. Thank u Karina and will definitely be visiting again.

5 STAR COMPANY

I made a mistake with my order and Geraldine put it right for me with a fabulous gold star service! ⭐️ So I would definitely recommend this company just for customer service alone but then if you add in the quality of their products, then you have ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all round!!!

Ewelina you saved the day again! After a misspelt name on two items, upon proof of return you have arranged for the replacements to be sent. This is what customer service is about! Shame all companies do not mirror this. Highly recommended.

My first order arrived with nothing in…

My first order arrived with nothing in the box which was disappointing to say the least. However Aleksandra leapt into action and arranged for another peronalised pull along train to be delivered by DPD and it arrived within a couple of days in time for my grandson's first birthday.

Fantastic and efficient service from khrishna

Fantastic and efficient service from Krishna over the last 24 hrs this was the first time ordering from this site and the parcel that was delivered was completely unacceptable from evri all packages were ripped and should not have even been delivered I was clearly very upset as the products had been contaminated Krishna arranged for a quick return and a replacement sent out within a speedy service I could not have asked for more she has turned this very negative experience into a positive one and I will be ordering more lovely items for my granddaughter in the very near future with customer care like this xx amazing job well done

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered a first birthday gift and inadvertently put the wrong postcode on. I contacted the company who explained once an item is out for delivery they can’t change the postcode. As a gesture of goodwill they not only replaced my order free of charge but also processed express delivery for me. I received my package within 24 hours beautifully gift wrapped with a message card inside. The quality of the gift itself - a four piece wooden puzzle and personalised bag to store it in is excellent. Ewelina in customer services dealt with my enquiry promptly and efficiently. The best customer service I have received ever.

Great Customer Service!

Ewelina from Customer Services was fantastic! After my order was lost by the courier I contacted customer services. The order was a gift for my granddaughter which was explained to the team and they organised a replacement. This arrived in time for my granddaughter's birthday and she was over the moon with her gift. A huge thank you to Ewelina

I can't fault this company, the backpack I ordered for my boy is lovely. It arrived perfectly packaged and the size is perfect.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience, especially as a repeat customer.

Unfortunately, all three bags I received had multiple issues. The personalisation was significantly smaller than advertised, uneven, and not proportionate to the bag, which made the overall finish look poor and not suitable as gifts. This did not match the images shown on their website.

In addition, there were visible marks/scratches on the material, which were dismissed as “creases” by them despite providing clear close-up images.

Customer service was also disappointing. Rather than acknowledging the issues, they repeatedly defended the quality and focused on unrelated points.

Overall, the items were not as described and not fit for purpose. I expected much better, particularly as a loyal customer.

Would not recommend based on this experience.

À FUIR !

J’ai commandé un cadeau de naissance, il s’agit d’un set personnalisé en métal argenté (brosse et peigne).
A la livraison, quelle déception, seule la boîte en carton est personnalisée !
J’ai fait une réclamation au service client qui me fait comprendre que j’ai mal compris (?!?) pourtant il est clairement affiché sur leur site « Ensemble brosse et peigne baptême plaqué argent personnalisé »
C’est tellement malhonnête… Je vais me rapprocher d’un conseil consommateurs.

This is shown in the product images, and it is also stated in the product description, which notes: 'Please note we only personalise the box.'

Wrong order

Krisha was excellent in resolving my issue quickly and efficiently. I had been sent the wrong order and urgently needed the correct item as soon as possible. Krisha handled the situation promptly, arranged for the correct item to be sent out, and ensured it will arrive in time for when I need it.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Ordered an item with a 3-5 day lead time, enquired after 3 days as I still hadn’t received shipping confirmation so thought, it’s impossible that it will now arrive in time and I was travelling on the 5th day so I asked if it hadn’t been dispatched could the delivery address be amended to ensure I received it. Customer service agent Geraldine told me it was dispatched, I then said ok I wasn’t aware of that, then in the next email she said it wasn’t dispatched. Confusing and unhelpful to say the least!! I still don’t know if I’ll receive the item in time.

Excellent customer service
