I have been buying from my 1st years for a number of years now and have always loved the products. We bought our daughter a new unicorn backpack and when we opened the zip, the threading came away and the zip fell off. I emailed to see what the options were and got a very quick response from Ewelina. The communication was fab and they were happy to organise us a replacement backpack on express delivery. A brilliant customer service experience. It definitely hasn’t put us off buying from the company again.

My order was lost or damaged on the way by Evri i think, i emailed My 1st years and Krisha assisted me and sent out a replacement- Express delivery, which should arrive to me within 24hrs-48hrs. Cant wait to receive it!!!

I recently ordered from My 1st Years and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed.
Although there was a slight issue with my original order, the way it was handled was absolutely second to none. Customer service (Irina and Ewelina) responded quickly, were incredibly kind and professional, and made the whole process completely stress-free. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in putting things right.
My replacement item arrived promptly and it’s perfect — beautifully made, high quality and exactly what I had hoped for. I’m absolutely delighted.

I recently placed an order for two personalised items for my grandson’s 1st birthday, having ordered from My First Years on a number of previous occasions and always received excellent service and speedy deliveries. However, on this occasion the courier used to deliver my order (Evri) lost it somewhere within their system. My First Years were amazing when I contacted them - I was given the option of a replacement order which would be expedited by an express delivery service - or a refund. I chose a replacement order. Aleksandra kindly arranged this for me and it arrived safely within 48 hours. Excellent customer service. I will definitely order from you again.

I ordered a personalized wooden carousel for my grandson, which arrived beautifully packaged within a couple of days. Unfortunately, there was a problem with it, but I had an immediate response to my email from Krisha, who was incredibly helpful, resolving the issue that same day, and arranging for a new one to be sent via express delivery! Quite exceptional customer service and I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again. Thank you Krisha!

This company has a very busy complaints department! I ordered 2 IDENTICAL snack bags for my grandsons and asked for thier names to be printed on each. They were delivered with both names on each bag. I would have thought this was common sense that 2 bags were for 2 seperate boys. Customer service told me they had printed what was on my order and they had a 'policy' not to query any such instructions on 'sensitivity grounds' I quote. Exactly what this word spaghetti means is beyond my comprehension, especially as the company bombards you with emails trying to get you to purchase more, literally on a daily basis. If only they were that fastidious in getting your order right in the first place. One email = happy customer, idiotic action =never purchasing from them again

The gift came the next day and the personalised items were great but there was a slight tear on the gift box.
Emailed them back and Oliwia was great and got a new box shipped out the next day for us to repackage the items!

I have just had an incredible experience with My 1st Years’ customer service. I emailed after waiting a week for my personalised bag as Evri couldn’t deliver and was taking it back to the warehouse. Dorota not only responded so quickly to my panic email but immediately sent out a replacement which was sent through express delivery. It was delivered to my address less than 24 hours later. Thank you so much again Dorota! Amazing service.

Order arrived quickly and looks great but unfortunately the box was damaged. Dorota on customer service replied to my email so quickly and had a new box sent out straight away. When the 2nd box also arrived with damaged, she sent a 3rd flat packed box which arrived the next day in perfect condition. Great company and customer service as it should be 👍

I purchased a cute elephant with personalisation, along with a personalised presentation box for our friends, from My 1st Years. Upon opening the box, it was quite clear to see that the elephant had been manufactured incorrectly, as it wasn't facing forward as the images online showed, but was looking at an angle to the right. I contacted their customer service, and eventually Ewelina responded to help. I said I would be happy to change the purchase to another product, but she wasn't interested and instead asked for the whole thing to be returned. I'm so pleased I asked for the item to be shipped to us directly, as it would have been embarrassing for our friends to have received the defective item. Very poor quality control. We have now purchased a personalised item elsewhere, where the name is actually embroidered, not just a heat transfer for less money.

Be very careful of ordering from this company. My parcel was delivered (dumped) by Evri to garage 5 minutes from my house , and because I wasnt willing to contact the police to get a crime number sort out this matter (as suggested by my first years) i was left without a birthday gift for my nephew and no refund. Terrible customer service and awful choice of courier service. If you life in the country like me, or in a address difficult to find, please be aware you will lose your money and they will be of no help.
