Bad Customer Service
Hello,
I am writing to escalate my case regarding Order #1845196 (WEB1845196).
I received a faulty pair of shoes and contacted customer service. Beatriz reviewed the photos and videos I provided and confirmed that I was approved to return the item, and she sent me the Evri return link.
Due to illness, the return was posted a little later, but it was returned successfully, and the Evri tracking page shows that it has been delivered back to Moda in Pelle.
Despite this, I received an email from Matt Holden stating that the return cannot be accepted because the shoes were “worn”.
This is incorrect. The shoes were never worn, and I had already provided photographic evidence of the fault before the return was approved. This suggests that my emails were not read properly.
I am requesting that someone competent reviews the original approval by Beatriz, checks the return evidence properly, and processes my refund immediately, as required by the Consumer Rights Act for faulty goods.
Please confirm:
That the returned item has been received
That the original approval for the faulty return is being honoured
When I will receive my refund
I expect written confirmation within 48 hours.
I've tried to call and contact you on the chat but no one answer.

Customer service non existent, never came across worse in my life. Not sure how they are allowed to operate in this way. Nobody answered phone lines, emails or live chat which does not exist.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. The boots I ordered were lovely but unfortunately came in small not true to size as stated.
I returned at my own expense over £8 not really exceptable when postage has been paid ,return postage should be included as with most other companies .
I have heard nothing from them although they accepted the return on the 24th of November.
The boots cost £89 which i could now do with being refunded asap. I would definitely not recommend this company and won't be using them again myself, who needs all this hassle when there are companies who do it so much better.

Great Customer Service
I spent nearly £500 on four pairs of boots so you can imagine my disappointment when they were not delivered by Evri as they claimed they had! I initially emailed MIP but heard nothing so phoned and spoke to Diogo who could not have been more helpful - he dealt with my issues swiftly and I received three pairs of boots within a couple of days and got a refund for the pair that were no longer in stock. Thank you Diogo - you were a star!

Still not got my order
My boots never arrived & despite emailing customer services twice & attempting on numerous occasions to call I have been unable to contact you. I am trying to get my money refunded from my credit card as you are impossible to contact. Your customer service is a DISGRACE!

Great footwear at reasonable prices!
I love moda in pelle footwear as it always looks more expensive and luxurious than it is. I have owned a lot of shoes and boots from this brand and am happy to say that all the shoes/ boots have fitted well and more importantly never rubbed. Great every day wear !
