Great customer service! The Lead generation mode is quite useful for us in all our events! Marilu introduced us to Mobilo and helped us setting up the card with all kind of tools. 100% recommended!

ordered a card last week on Wednesday or Thursday. Needed it by Saturday for a big festival. reached out over 7 times and never got any response back. They just now shipped the card. So they basically lied about the 48 hours and screwed me over for a lot of business to come my way.

The customer service was extremely patient with the changes that I had to make to the business cards. They were also very attentive and answered within short periods of time.

I ordered a similar product from another well known vendor, paid for the entire year, and could not get any support nor did the card ever arrive. I came across Mobilo, and ordered their entry level card. The process was so simple, their real-time response with a PDF proof to consider, was seamless, it encouraged me to order the higher-end (yet very reasonably priced business card) which also allowed me to purchase key fobs and a "sticker" for the phone (as did the intro version) Again, product support was excellent and in real-time. I plan on ordering other cards, for different stand alone businesses I am involved in

The worst experience ever i still don’t have a new card.
Return the card at least 3 times mobilo could get the spelling correct omg I didn’t notice at first and used it and clients were so confused I gave them my old card all they needed to to use change the email and add and remove a couple certifications wth I’m still pissed and finally they return deposit after 3 months of hell spelling omg wast time money effort and embarrassing

After seeing the card advertised I arranged a demo, which was explained very well by Vincent. The order process was very easy and very easy to upload my logo and choice of layout for the card. I was very impressed by the speed of when I had to proof my design it was actioned. The card arrived within a few days and it’s good quality. They send emails keeping you informed of the process and what needed to be done when the card arrived. It’s link to the app was seamless and very easy to navigate.
I like how all your social media links can be added (some I’d never even heard of!). It can also be set up to help generate leads for your business, there’s an analytical section in the app to help track taps and leads,I love that!
I’m going to an event this Saturday where I can’t wait to use it... no more carrying around loads of business cards. Just tap!

I had a great experience ordering businesscards from Mobilo. The quality of the cards themselves is great and the customersupport was wonderful and very quick. Thank you Marilu!

First order with one card, went OKish, no major drama.
However second order with more cards was absolutely dissatisfying. The work to get several cards at the same time through design process is pain, you have to work on tiny text fields and cannot add comments to individual cards you have to describe which card you are referring to. Pretty much all initial data and instructions were not considered and had to be redone during design process. The print quality of the latest order is not acceptable, colours look faded, text looks almost blurry, much worse than the first order. So print quality is hit and miss at 50% rate for me at least. Customer service does not come back to my questions even after them contacting me. WORST OF ALL: the advertised SMS text message functionality in Lead Generation does not work, but they're still promising this on their websites as of today. Mobile numbers are shown as "personal" numbers hence the customers still ask me for my mobile number after scanning. I start to wonder how their performance will be on the more complex things like CRM integration etc. Not very promising.

I bought Mobilo on a chance and am thrilled with their technology! They are very helpful if you have issues and their Customer Support is beyond excellent. They respond to email very fast!

The people are Mobilo are very nice and always trying to go that extra mile to satisfy the customer

Just deciding on a digital business card and found yourself confused by the many choices and all the features? So was I until I found Mobilo. Doing COVID we downsized and temporarily relocated the business. I wanted a digital card to replace my paper cards so that I wouldn't have to print cards with a temporary address, but had all my contacts details. Mobilo was exactly that. Some cards had you practically designing a website landing page, but Mobilo kept it simple, manageable yet complete! I know of at least 20 colleagues who have purchased Mobilo after seeing mine and they often remind me of how they enjoy their digital cards. Keep your Digital Card simple but with features that you can take advantage of very easily with the Mobilo card. You won't regret it!

I learned about this mobile digital business card, everything I read about it, had me looking to learn more.
after speaking with Alicia, and later Michelle, they took my order, even went a little extra out of their way to get my order done in a timely manner.

I truly look forward to using the card.

This should help me and the environment make a difference.

I also believe that many people at eScrap will think it is a cool way to save paper!! and Time.

Its more effective as I and the customer collect each others info directly into contacts and or CRM software. No more typing.

Great customer service! We ordered unassigned plastic cards to pass out to employees and the process has gone very smoothly. Mobilo responded, printed, and shipped quickly. We've already placed our second order for more cards :)

I ordered a card for someone else, my Pastor. The card did not reach him. I emailed the Mobilo team and was immediately assisted and offered a replacement card. Even after hours they responded to my emails. They stuck by me until my situation was resolved. Can’t find customer service like that just anywhere these days. By the way, they offered to replace the card without me asking them to. Awesome!
