Customer service is top-notch! They took a 1-star review from me and turned it into a 5-star with great service and follow-up.

No need to get into the details of my issues but the end result is that the team handled my issue, listened, and took action to fix it, and make me very happy. They actually went above and beyond so I am very happy and at the end of the day, that is what is important.

No company is 100% perfect BUT if the team in place can solve the issue with great customer service that is 5 stars to me!

With testing out the platform it looks to be a keeper and I love the lead gen feature with the automation! This is a service worth checking out and giving a try. I looked at several companies and this one stood out!

The customer service I received was top notch. I placed my custom design order on the 19th. Didn't expect this to be received 4 days later.

This was a Christmas gift for my wife.
Once I uploaded my design, they warned me the resolution of my file was not of high quality so the couldn't promise once printed how it would turn out.

I assumed the risk, and wow they were so worried about nothing. This was perfect, exactly how I wanted it.

It arrived on the 22nd. Way before Christmas. I'm literally in shock.

I can say enough about the service. These find people responded in a timely fashion to every email I sent. They got it done, and blew me away.

Mobilo customer service is outstanding.
I had to make changes to my design due to a company logo change. They stayed on top of it. When I recieved my card, I had questions. Sent an email at 9 pm and got an answer in 5 minutes.
In this day and age, customer service has declined, but not with this company!

It was a warm, easy, well presented and detailed onboarding process to start with. The best experience was to be in touch with the team regarding our custom design for both the Mobilo card itself and for the landing page. We really appreciate their attention and the steps taken by team to be able to create a card that we were truly satisfied with. Great product coupled with great service, which makes the big difference on our end. We are thankful for the sincere collaboration and more than happy that we chose to get our beautiful Mobilo wood cards!

You should get this button! The Mobilo button that I attached to the back of my cell phone is the best purchase I have ever made. Not only does it blow the customers away (90% ask where to get it), but I no longer have to carry business cards around or worry about losing it!

I reached out to this company to get more information and found their customer service to be above average. I spoke with Sean over email and phone, he was incredibly informative, always responded quickly and followed up with me – all things which I really appreciated. The quality of their cards is also very nice and seem very durable.

The quality of the product and the client services were above our expectations. We had placed our order under a very tight deadline, and our sales rep Sean and our Account manager Angelica went above and beyond to make our order ready and shipped based on our timeline.
The card's quality is excellent, Our team haven't tapped our cards a lot yet, but the lead's information is accurate so far.

I was concerned, immediately following my purchase that I had missed (possibly a "One-Time") an opportunity to customize my Card.

I sent an email (via the Chat Section) of my concerns and immediately received an email response, from a live individual . . .and. . .it was OUTSIDE Normal support hours!

Not only did I get a response, I had a multi-string conversation. . .very impressive.

I was able to get all my questions answered and concerns resolved!

Terrible experience and a waste of one time. As a simple concept, this has been made overly complex with various websites to order, design and then manage your card.

The card does not function as marketed. Received mine with my name being misspelt, no company information and teh wrong dial code. Correction of your profile once you find the link is not intuitive. But once you current all it does not correct the cards or pucks.

Honestly just avoid this and look at NFK as a provider.

A great experience from Start to Finish. The onboarding process was seamless, Marilu was excellent, she kept checking in on us and our progress. We have had great feedback within the business and externally on the cards and how they are helping us become more sustainable. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Fantastic Mobilo staff who showed me what a huge advantage having this card would be! Set up, from start to finish, was quick and the process was so efficient. Our logo pops, the cards are easy to use and my team is so excited! Thanks for making this such an easy way to keep our modern (and honestly, quite COOL!!) technology in use while helping to eliminate our carbon footprint!

This company has one of the most amazing customer service experiences that I have ever had. Sean Samson was instrumental in helping me understand the way these cards work, working with the design team, and setting everything up. Each time I send emails, I always expect a response within 24 hours or so, but Sean would always email me back right away, making my needs truly feel like a priority.

I am truly thankful to the entire Mobilo Team and Sean especially for everything. Now I have an incredible card that is an ice-breaker for every conversation I have at conferences, events, and even meetings with my friends. It is also instrumental in helping me keep track of all the leads I acquire.

I will absolutely be ordering more cards from them in the future!

Amazing customer service, especially by a guy called Sean Samson.
He followed my case closely, helping where necessary, following up regularly. I even train salespeople and it’s quite rare you see this level of service- really great. It wasn’t the biggest order in the world but it was really 6 star service!
Even when I ordered the cards, within the hour someone from the design team had been in contact to clarify something about my logo and gave me a couple of suggestions.
Even though I haven’t even received the cards yet I’m a big fan!
Quite an accomplishment!
