The advertising was clear and it offered many great features. The process was easy with lots of support with design and setup. Then I received the card and I was blown away, it is so great. It looks great, all the features are amazing, it is a complete package. I will also note, the customer support is so good. I didn't have any problem just questions but, their response time was so fast and professional. I have this for academic conferences but If I were a business owner, speedy response time would be a big consideration.

Wow, just got a Mobilo Card. How have I not heard about this before? What an amazing idea. I'm terrible for forgetting to hand out business cards and I hate taking them and ending up throwing them away. This is the best solution. I got the little key fob as well so I can have this on my keyring and pass on my contact details with minimum effort. I'm dying to use it. The service from Mobilo was excellent. When I had a query Ernst was back to me very quickly and was most helpful. Thank you so much. Great product. If you don't have one, check them out - it will change your networking

I ordered the card on Sunday and received it by Thursday!

The Mobilo team was responsive, and when they found out I needed it ASAP did what they needed to do to get it to me on time.

The card looks great. We uploaded our existing card, the Mobilo design team included a QR code, and it looks exactly the way it looked on the screen when we approved the design.

Works as intended!

The ordering runs well (perhaps a bit overwhelming for a simple purchase), the service is great, and the product is beautiful and powerful !

I spent over $150 on your services. I spent a couple hours going back and forth with "support" to get what I needed (it's not easily available from a website to just pick it, pay for it and get it). I was provided with inaccurate information so I had to ask that everything be changed. Once it was I was told repeatedly told I would need to "wait on the technical team to check my concerns" and there was no timeframe for when I'd get an answer, if ever. I was literally BEGGING to use your product and your "support" team could care less. They said we're happy to process a refund if you don't want to wait for an answer. How hard is it to simply contact the "technical team" and ask them how long will this simple issue take to resolve?
It seems like a great product at a really good price but the lack of competent service will drive you crazy if you have any issues at all.

I was lucky to have Alicia B. respond to my online inquiry quickly by phone and e-mail! She continued to guide me throughout the entire process, addressing my concerns and reaching out to her team to update our custom cards, to expedited shipping with tracking information. Card design and editing approval process was great, yet a bit clunky. Shipping and card creation was expected and I was kept informed. First time card use and accessing the right profile was terrable. Needed to engage second level support, and as a paid customer this should have been activated prior to sending me the card. However, Evangeline Cruz saved the day. I contacted support on a Saturday evening. I had emails waiting for mr on Sunday, Superbowk sunday, she worked with me back and forth until the issue was resolved. For that I give her 15 out of 10 stars. The whole experience sbout a 3 due to the issues. I look forward to using and interacting with the app. Overall satisfied with a littled extra attention.

Product is amazing. Customer service is amazing. User friendly and excellent.

I write this because we love our rep Alicia Brown. She is always responsive and even gives you her personal cell. Just last night she answered while on her train commute home and then handled my issue at home last night! The product is great but like anything, there are alternatives. Alicia is why we keep coming back to Mobilo.

No matter the technology or product without great people. You simply do not have anything. Although we love the simplicity, look and feel of the Mobilo product. Sean’s level of professionalism and engagement is what made the ultimate decision for us to sign the contract. Sean’s attention to detail and customer driven first mindset. Reassures you that you are with the right partner (Not vendor). I would highly recommend Mobilo as your digital card solution.

Customer service is very poor and lacks communication between customer service reps.
Ordered 2 cards back in September 2022, it is now January 2023 and cards have still not arrived.
Customer service reps mistyped address and first shipment was returned to sender, was contacted an additional 5 times and provided correct address for reshipments and package was returned to sender an additional 5 times.
I’m not sure how many times I can provide address before someone actually updates it.
Consensus is that it isn’t worth the money or hassle, refund please

I have been using Mobilo cards for the last 2 years and it has changed the game on how professional my organization is and also how we are affecting change to our environments by reducing the need for paper business cards. The NFC tap technology is outstanding and directly adds our content information to the recipient's phone easily. It's seriously been a game changer.

The Mobilo app is great and they keep adding helpful features to it. I am able to do way more with the app and analytics that are integrated to track engagement from event to event and interaction to interaction.

We have ordered over 50 cards and will continue to order more as we onboard our members.

I have been trying to contact the support team for days now. The customer service is the worst I have experienced. Not only have I received 3 automated emails asking for "more information" which I have now provided all three times, I have been sitting on the customer chat for 5 hours! 3 hours ago I was told "a support agent will be with you shortly"... I'm still waiting for someone to assist me and no one has contacted me. TERRIBLE. HORRIBLE.

We worked with Sean Samson throughout the entire process, he was with us start through the finish line. Sean was readily available to help with any of our needs, no matter how small or big, he was right there with us. The design process was easy and the design team was very patient and provided multiple designs despite the fact we ended up choosing their first suggestion. Would highly recommend working with Sean and his team!

After doing extensive research on multiple products, advertising similar results, I finally chose Mobilo. I ordered a custom designed card with my logo, in metal, as well as the keychain and button.

In less than a day, I had an email reply from them with my artwork design on the card, and they needed the approval to go forward with the printing of the card.

I approved the design as it looked perfect and within two days it was at my front door.

Getting everything set up was a breeze and it worked perfectly right out the box, with minimal setup.

Working with their customer support team, which was amazing, answered all my questions and concerns and addressed them within a hour or less on a normal business day.

When it’s all said and done, I couldn’t recommend them enough.
