They are an amazing team that respond swiftly. Their prompt assistance made things seamless.

We ordered 500 cards as a giveaway for an event. We had a somewhat complex order, with every card featuring a different name and logo. They were a huge hit! We had never done anything like that before and the folks at Mobilo made the process easy and were prompt in answering questions, addressing concerns, and delivering the product.

They do not allow you to upload your own QR code to the design. You must use there's. This wasn't as advertised

I got this card and all it loads is my email. No phone number or anything. Tried to contact their support. No response. Don’t waste your money. I went through quite a few steps to order it just for it not to work and be useless.

Customs charges for the UK were as much as the product! Be aware of customs charges for UK customers as it will be billed to you by Royal mail later and you dont get the product till its been paid.

Sean Samson has been one of the best Account Execs I have worked with. I never felt pushed to make a decision and was always greeted with solutions, proactively. A large reason I chose Mobilo for our company cards, was I knew Sean would help even after we became customers.

Our company loves our plastic custom cards already! Sean and the Mobilo support team have been very receptive and helpful as we start our migration to digital cards. When a typo (from our end) was on one the cards, Mobilo Support helped get a replacement card out ASAP! We did have some issues with the metal card, so we opted to switch that user to a plastic card and there haven't been any issues since!

Innovative product that works great and also has a low impact on the environment. Really easy design process and arrived very quickly.

I had an issue with my first order and after contacting the Mobilo support desk, the response along with the fix was instant. Shortly afterwards, I needed something else from the support team and it was equally resolved in no time and with a great deal of pleasantness. Hard to beat that kind of fast and courteous service.

I had a problem with my order getting my card connected to my account. Michelle from mobilocard was able to handle my problem. She gave me options and was able to fix my problem. She relieved a lot of stress that I had gotten it wrong and would have to start over again.

Customer Service is non-existent. Agreed to refund but never made it, simply don't respond to communication.
Basically stole my money.

Would not believe to the positive reviews, it is flagged as misusing trust pilot. Just avoid.

It took a little back and forth with my original point of contact to get a demo set up, but once I did the ordering process was easy and fast. Unfortunately, out first batch of cards had a printing error, but Sean Samson was extremely helpful in getting new cards printed and overnight-ed to us in time for our event.

So far the QR scan seems to work better than the tap feature, but will update the review after some more experience.

One of the worst product I have ever seen in my life ....don't take this product if anybody give free of cost also ....zero customer service support ....no any mail response ....product not working at all after 6 month of purchase and a lot of follow ups ....feels like cheated .... definately will get refund for this...😡
