Really good business card for minimal money. Superb for lead capture, and as a normal card with extra key fob etc thrown in.

Just damn good!

Mobilo is a great service to enhance your business networking performance. I really like the evolution from disposable business cards to a virtual one; they have a few different designs to pick from and a great interface to add a lot of your links.

The customer service, I would say, is excellent and they really want to ensure your satisfaction. In particular, Mauricio has been great.

I am glad to have chosen them and to have them with me in my networking journey. Highly recommend! :)

Mobilo provides an exceptional customer experience! From marketing to sales to onboarding, everything was top-notch. Great concept, and I received my metal card today. I like the weight and feel of the card. A couple of things disappointed me:

1. My company logo has multiple colours, and the Mobile system wasn't able to handle it even when I converted to monochrome. So I removed the logo altogether rather than show only parts of it in the card.
2. The QR code on the back of the card is a sticker rather than engraving on the card, which looks temporary and cheap.

The app is ok, and allows you to design a nice digital card once scanned, and I've had good feedback on that.

Excellent product. I hit a few self created hitches, and the Customer service team were refreshingly quick to respond and eager to solve. The card took a while to get to me, but I fear that was more the Irish postal service, vs Mobilo. Just a great experience thus far, and has already paid dividends with its use at meetings and conferences since I got my card.

PASS! Their process is way too complicated. Confusion during the design process takes weeks to work things out. No immediate response to inquiries (24 hours later). If my boss didn't force me to order this card, I would have passed for sure. He isn't the one dealing with the front-end details and has no idea how complicated the process is. Not worth the gray hair.

Mobilo support is always fast and quick to any of my needs. Miel who helped me out on my most recent need was efficient and throughout - made sure all my needs were met.

Great customer service, fast response, took time to explain, follow-up, etc.

This company has been amazing from start to finish!! They were exponentially diligent in making sure myself and my team had their cards in a serious crunch. They overnighted the cards and the design team was on point. Cloe' was incredible with following up and making sure everything ran smoothly. She is definitely an asset to their team and I would steal her if I could...thank you Mobilo!!

I placed the order but the final print has yet to arrive, but the quality of the service is worth 5 stars, I was in close contact with the support team and especially with Camila Gilardo, an exquisite and professional person who was able to give me the support I needed to design everything to the best of my ability

Amazing. Fast, good quality and personalized follow ups by the team throughout our orders.

We were not an easy client because we had different batches or orders to make, and some deadlines were pushed back.

However, the team always found a solution and they even managed to send our cards arriving 1 week before our preferred date.

Kudos to Sean for his constant support.

I initially bought the metal card. The design and delivery process when smooth but the card was not performing as I expected (the NFC signal was too poor to make it work efficiently). I gave my feedback to the customer service which promptly switched my card with the wooden one + some other tools (without extra charges). The wooden card now works amazingly, so I would suggest this one over the metal one (although it looks cooler) as they still have to improve the metal card.
Overall, good experience with Mobilo!

Their QR Code, their "mobilo" URL links will be displayed, not yours.

Before I purchased 4 Mobilo cards, I contacted them via their Contact Page. This is what I wrote:

"I am interested in the Mobilo card, but unfortunately, your website is a bit sparse on details. It allows me to place my credit card info to purchase a card, but yet fails to elaborate on details for options, particularly when it comes to customization.

I want my business card to be simple, with my logo on it and name. It will have NFC and a QR Code to my linktree on it. That's what I want. Is this possible?

I didn't much like the online order form that was devoid of any personal details from me."

Their response:

"Yes, all of this is possible. You will be able to upload all of your details post check out as well as review a print proof before we begin production of the cards."

BUT NO! I could not upload my own QR Code to their cards. They create one for you. Furthermore, when you scan their QR code, you see modified links, not your own, as their links will always start as "mobilo.link" in the preface of THEIR URLs that get rerouted to your URLs.

Your links are all mobilo links. I was so disappointed, because my goal was to eloquently promote my company, myself, not Mobilo.

So I decided to use POPL instead, which I will happily subscribe to. They too create their own QR Code, but I was able to pretty much un-brand everything with them. People see my social media icons, or my custom website icons, they click on them, and they go directly to those URLs.

So far, service has been great in terms of response time. I have also received my product, in a timely fashion. Presentation is nice and I love the look and feel of the card. Definitely beats a paper card.

I have just ordered my second Mobilo card. The first was for my business and the second will be for personal use.

Having a digital business card with a customized design makes it stand out. Mobilo has a wonderful product and also excellent customer service. I have recommended them to several other entrepreneurs. I tried another company but Mobilo is far better.

My experience with mobilo has been superb. With just one photo of my QR code my clients and future clients have access to my website and information about my services. I’m more than satisfied with mobilo. And to add to that, very cost effective.
