Excellent , very convenient to use.

Prompt responses from customer service. App does not work well. Exceptionally buggy setup and login (which I could NEVER do).

Note: most phones need the QR code as tapping does not work consistently for all phone models.

Deceptive pricing regarding printing fees/printing for number of members. Customer service resolution was literally “we can deactivate it and you can discard it.”

Less than helpful.

It’s a very easy company to work with. Fast delivery and very adaptable to changing needs and demands… also means you’ll never forget to have a card with you for unexpected introductions.

If it could be less than zero, I'd do that. Their system is less than a joke. Nothing works. None of the tutorials is right. Nothing is thought out well. It is a waste of your time and money and after 499 useless support emails, you will have nothing useful. Children could write better apps. Don't waste your valuable time. ***Update - I had dozens of emails and a damn sales call from them and they can't find me? Speaks to the incompetence at the root of the issue. My experience seems common.

I placed a paid order for 5 metal cards for my company's leadership team just over a month ago with the intention of using this product at trade shows and eventually rolling it out to our whole team. Unfortunately when the cards arrived, the RFID feature was completely unfunctional on all devices we tested, even after watching the tutorial videos provided by Mobilo, and walking through the process with their staff.

When I shared this info with their team, they told me that before helping me, they would first like to know if I intended to purchase cards for more of the team. This felt like a red flag, and seemed to imply that the resolution of this issue (providing functioning cards, which we paid for) might be contingent on us committing to a bigger purchase.

Eventually a member of their support and sales team asked me to set up a call, the first half of which was more of a sales pitch, focused once again on asking if I would be looking to purchase even more cards, to which I responded "not at this time, since the current cards I have already purchased don't work."

Finally the agent admitted that the company has issues with the metal cards, and offered to send replacement plastic cards to test, which I agreed to. After two weeks the new batch of cards arrived and I was extremely disappointed to find that all of them were printed with the names of one of Mobilo's employees instead of our own team's.

This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and seemed like it had the potential to be a scam.

I eventually did receive a refund for the non functioning metal cards but am stuck with the $80 customs fee that I paid.

Whenever I contact Mobilo for a request, their service has been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very helpful.

Problem with the license and got solved by the help of the support

Mobilo only cares to get your money. The only time that ongoing technical issues were addressed was when Mobilo was trying to get us to renew the card or increase the number of licenses that our company was using.

There are much better digital cards on the market.

The system you put together is amazing. Having the dashboard, the landing page, all the integrations, the ability to see where people scanned your card, the options for the card itself, the keyfob, RFID. And all of that for the price is what blows my mind. I am trying to get our company to use your service. So glad I found you guys!!

Having bought mine, I've now persuaded other friends to get one and we are all delighted. The ordering experience was great, the design of the cards flawless, and the delivery mechanism transparent and swift, so that bit went swimmingly. We all experienced teething issues with setting up the cards once we received them but once we contacted their support desk, we were overwhelmed by the desire and dedication of the support staff. They were efficient, friendly, incredibly responsive and... well.. supportive. So very quickly we were all set up and running with our cards. I absolutely love mine, and in a world where we strive to stand out from the crowd, my Mobilo card certainly helps me to do that.

Very professional and responsive company. Great price value. Perhaps in the future the company could offer additional colours, styles, fonts and card engraving and type. Also the design website could be more user friendly, it was challenging to navigate as errors were popping up. Also it would be nice to first design the card then pay as opposed to pay then go back to log in to configure. Less steps for a client the better😉. Otherwise VERY helpful team, polite and attentive and great prices. I’m excited to receive my card!

Firstly, the card is all I require from a smart business card. Second, the service and attention to detail is fantastic at Mobilo.

This is the second company that I have worked for, that I have created a Mobilo card for, and encouraged my colleagues to obtain their smart cards from.

The first disappointment I had was to find a Get Mobilo with a promotional link to your company in my contacts list. This card was meant to be shared with other people, I don’t want to be promoting another company other than mine. Imagine ordering paper business cards and finding a promotional line of the company that printed them.

The support team was kind enough to upgraded me to a 1-Year complimentary Teams license which removes that field. However a Teams license is not what I need.

The other issue I found is that the social media list of links (when added) comes before my main website and mail address.I would prefer to have the main section Personal Details and Contact Information appearing first, followed by the Social and the rest.

All other issues I experienced can be illustrated by the long string of interactions with your support team.

In short, this card needs further development, as a smartcard it's useless.
