Mauricio from Mobilo Card was very helpful and came to my aid when I needed assistance. I experienced some challenges with the design of my card and communication on the front end. Mauricio contacted me by phone and email and provided exceptional customer service. My cards arrived in a timely manner after I approved the final design. The cards look great. I purchased a metal card and a plastic card. Five stars.
Unwanted Subscription Charge
I initially spoke with an account representative about possibly creating an account. We went through the setup process to test it out but ultimately decided not to move forward. A year later, I was surprised to find I had been signed up for an annual subscription. I provided the full email chain showing that we never intended to proceed, and requested a refund. Despite this, I was told that due to their policy, a refund would not be issued—though they did cancel the account going forward.
We never used the platform for anything at all. It feels incredibly dishonest to be charged for a service we didn’t use and never agreed to continue. Very disappointing experience.
Not a good fit for my company
Not a good fit for my company. Been spending too much time trying to get tech help with support on an app that is NOT user friendly at all. Service is everything to me, and needs to be consistent. I'll pass.
Horrible Experience
I made a mistake. I ordered this thinking it was something else. 90 seconds after ordering I realized it and sent an email. 4 days later I received a call and they said they will look into it. 7 days later they shipped it anyways. The card has no data on it and customer service will not make it right.
Shame on them.

Great card, fast service they just need to work out website interface to make ordering easier
Updated review. *The card arrived and it looks amazing. It works well and you can edit your details on line. We did a few test runs and realized I need to adjust some info. The updates show up quickly. The staff worked hard to resolve my order issues. (** I found that the design page/order page does not make it clear enough if your order is underway or not). When we got that sorted it arrived in a few days.
Excellent technical support
I asked for support twice to get the landing page of digital business card of our company as expected. Mobiliocard provided timely and dedicated technical support to resolve my issues. Both the techs were generous and sincere to help me as a client.
Over and above service
Ernst contacted me on his day off, expecting it to be a quick and simple fix—but it turned out to be much more complicated than anticipated. Despite that, he never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. He handled everything with patience and professionalism, and it was clear he genuinely wanted to see it through and get it sorted properly. He absolutely went above and beyond for me, and I really appreciate it.

I purchased two cards, but they are nowhere to be found.
There’s no way to contact customer support.
On top of that, the portal works terribly and is full of bugs.
Beware auto charging
Not a bad idea but business practice is full on scam. They trick you into an annual renewal and then don’t let you cancel when you decide it is a worthless purchase.

Works well and it's modern, no more paper business cards your clients will lose before they transcribe it on their phones/computers. And if you have any problem, the help service is fast, responsive and they resolve! Must have!
If I could give a zero... I would
If I could give a zero, I would. The card renewed on one day this week, and as soon as I saw the charge, I asked to stop the subscription and they refused to refund the charge. This is terrible customer service, and the person in charge of customer service continued to tout how customer service-oriented they were while refusing to refund the same day it was charged. I've never experienced this before and cannot recommend this service. All other companies are responsive to requests like this, but apparently, Mobilo is not interested in being a 5* service company. Very disappointing!

brutal company took them forever to get a basic design done and couldnt follow instructions. once they finally got the design done and shipped the card it arrived damaged. * no refunds provided* its a one-shot deal if the card arrives and looks terrible
Great (and fast) service from Ernst
Great (and fast) service from Ernst. He contacted me initially to advise that one of the logos was poor quality (had i got a better one) and ended up tailoring it perfectly to our requirements. A clever idea as traditional business cards have gone out of fashion and a simple way to give out your business details and track usage.
The people make the difference
The app didn't work well for me. I was trying to buy cards for my business team and was having trouble uploading logos and information. I decided to shoot them an email. It was quickly answered by Conner Parry and he set up a Zoom call for the next day. Conner made all the difference. He took my logos and information and had his design team send me a proof by the end of the day. By that afternoon the cards were on the way. In this modern world, people still make the difference. Nice job, Conner.
Better options exist. Deceptive pricing.
Prompt responses from customer service. App does not work well. Exceptionally buggy setup and login (which I could NEVER do).
Note: most phones need the QR code as tapping does not work consistently for all phone models.
Deceptive pricing regarding printing fees/printing for number of members. Customer service resolution was literally “we can deactivate it and you can discard it.”
