Honest, fast, awesome. Stunning, solid and functional card. I highly recommend their service!

We have used them for quite a while, around 750 people using cards and the system works great, the process is simple, support and assistance as well as customization are easy and straightforward. Joey does a fantastic job of helping suit our needs.

WE ordered thirteen cards. We were told that they would have all the information we provided via excel spreadsheet uploaded. They did not include addresses and other information on the cards. I've had to manually add. There are mistakes and now I cannot get any customer service to respond so we can get a new card with corrected information. I had this problem with original order. They have zero customer service. If I can find another vendor I will try them moving forward.

Note before reading the old review: I forgot to modify this review before. Mobilo reply to it recently and it was some misunderstanding but they contacted me and we managed to resolve the situation 👍🏻.

“Don't buy this card… one month in “printing process”. After the review was approved, the communication went to 0 in one month. At some point I asked myself if this is a scam… 0 stars, not even 1!”

“I finally received the cards. We had a miscommunication first, but Mobilo contacted me and we manage to get everything on track again. Some “fixable hiccups” during the design process and they were very kind as to send me the card for free and some additional gifts. Regarding the cards, they work and they look really nice (I got the metal version, Black and Gold). Some times its a bit tricky to get the NFC working but that is not Mobilo fault, is the nature of the NFC, but it works. One recommendation for the buyer, is that the card information is dynamic. You can change it on the app, so, I recommend not to put information like email or phone numbers or even your name printed on the card (this card will stay with you for ever, no need to stamp your name on it). Why I say that? For example, I may want to change the main line phone number and I can do that easy on the app, but it will have the old phone printed on the card. I think the best design for your card is using your company logo, company name, company motto, etc… info you know will not change like emails, phones or even company address. If you get tired of the card design you have and want to buy another, you can even reassign the old card to another employee (if you followed what I recommended earlier) without the need to change the printed information on the card because the information is generic to your company. I may buy another using that criteria and just put my company logo as big as it can be. Conclusion: Well done Mobilo!“

These people care, and you get extremely fast, literate, human responses to help you get the best results for your purchase. MOBILO rocks! Mateo Ronderos was the person who helped me, and he responded to my questions within minutes. Amazing customer service.

We got two cards and a key card months ago. Have not been able to get any of them to work at all...my partner wanted paper cards. Wish I had listened

I ordered the digital business card as my business engages primarily with remotely services. This is a life changer because I can share my information in a second, whenever I'm attending a virtual trade show or networking as well as in-person. I don't need to waste any paper and I can change my info anytime I need to make a change. Best card ever.

Mobilo card are an excellent icebreakers when meeting with potential clients for my managers and I. It really hits the point when our clients jive with the cost savings and environmental friendliness of the digital card concept.

the card is rubbish , doesn't work most of the time and the whole process is clunky and awkward. The help files are pretty crap also, so overall l wouldn't recommend it to others. I am assuming that l am doing everything correctly.

After talking to Megan from Mobilo Card, I am totally changing my review. Not only they have refunded my money, but then were interested enough to get my feedback and take time to explain what I was doing wrong. And I was doing the wrong thing when trying to make the metal business card and key fob work with my phone. After Megan showed me how to do it, it finally clicked. Not very intuitive to be honest, but makes perfect sense after she explained why you need to touch the card in that particular place on the phone and what's the difference between the Apple and Android phones. She also showed me a few tricks that will be very helpful for my job. Overall, very happy with the result and I can finally take the card out and use it without worrying if it's gonna work or not. Great idea, but terrible execution. I got it for Christmas and was super excited about it. Then I tried to set it up a few times and it was a nightmare. The settings are not very intuitive, which I guess is fine if, in the end, all works out. But even when I thought I worked it out, it was working every other 3rd time, and it was just frustrating, so I gave up. I tried to get some help and it was bad again-it took days for somebody to respond to my initial email, then we set up an appointment and the person just didn't show up... So, I totally gave up on it. Again, I love the idea and hope at some point they get their act together, at which time I am willing to give it another try.

As a small marketing agency, I discovered this card and feel it is amazing. I went as far as wanting to see how I could be a reseller, and so I looked over the competition and could not find anything like it or comparable. I highly recommend it to anyone in sales. It would be a great tool for conventions or mass people.

Excellent and professional.
I sent an automated request for more info and first thing in the morning I had a live person calling me to help me out. Not only that, but I have email communication with others on staff assisting me with shipping correction. All have been quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. I feel even better about my purchase knowing I have this caliber of service behind the product.

Digital business cards are held by individuals who are serious about their craft and want to be leaders in technology. This is why I went with Mobilo! Their website is very descriptive on how you can present all of who you are with a simple tap.
First, you'll order your card and accessories (if desired) for yourself or your team, if you have one. Upload any logos you have and the design team will then make those edits to your card. Once you approve those edits (the editing is lightning fast and around the clock!), you will then download the Mobilo app and continue further editing from there, ie your Social Media page(s), your email address, your work address, a photo of yourself and anything else you want to add to your digital contact. Then you can preview what others will see when they scan you. So you have the power to edit everything (contact details) from the app. It's very convenient.

I am still new to this app and company, so I will update this review once a month has passed.

Have not received order yet but excited to see order. Leaving a review because the service has been just outstanding!

Alicia helped me fix a wrong email on a card. She was extremely efficient and helpful!

Truly amazing customer service. I have used Mobilo for the past year. When I might have damaged my card from wear and tear, I reached out to go about getting a new card and smart button for my phone. The Mobilo team sent me a replacement in three business days! Forever grateful for their service and knowing their support stays on top of things!

Joey is always readily available and pretty quick to respond. He is helpful and the cards have had no issues as of late.
