After a year and a half of having the best wheelchair ever (MX-PRO) and having some very happy times with it, unfortunately due to damp there was an issue with it this week, making it unusable, which I was really sad about. I emailed Mobility Extra late that same evening to ask what I could do, the very wonderful James emailed me straight back very early the next morning to let me know they had received my email, that he would be speaking with the technicians that day and he would get back to me later in the day. It turned out a new part was needed which James arranged that same afternoon and it was delivered the following morning! He even very kindly recorded and sent a fantastic video to talk me through removing the old and fitting the new part! I can’t believe how quick, easy and stress free he made the whole process and it was fixed in such a short time. Mobility Extra really do care about their customers and I’m so grateful to James and the technicians for their kindness and for helping me so quickly! Thank you all.

Contacted when they said they would. Problem could not be sorted over the phone so a part was dispatched and arrived within a few days.

Although the powered wheelchair proved to be unsuitable for me. They stepped up with A1 service to help with any problems. Coming out to me at very short notice. I was refunded the full amount very promptly. I will have no hesitation in using their services again.

I wanted to give an honest review even though I returned the powerchair. Unfortunately as a large women I didn’t feel safe in the chair, the seat belt didn’t fit me and I really couldn’t get to grips with the joy stick. Mobility Extra were absolutely brilliant, their customer service was fantastic. The staff member I spoke to was very understanding, especially as I was very upset and disappointed with myself that I had to return the chair, he tried to give me some tips to try and get used to the joystick but I just wanted to return the chair. I cannot fault the chair at all in this case it was completely user error. They arranged collection of the chair and refunded me as soon as they received the chair. I would still highly recommend this company even though it didn’t work out for me others might fund them very useful.

Customer service was fantastic. I received my wheelchair and used it for a few hours, unfortunately I had an issue while out, contacted the chat online, response was immediate spoke to Lewis who sorted the issue for me. Would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent product. Great value and does exactly what it says on the tin

A pleasure to deal with! I bought a bariatric powered wheelchair. Those things are usually extremely expensive, but the price was brilliant. It arrived quickly with good tracking all the way, and it was just a case of unboxing and connecting the battery. I highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again.

I received my chair quicker than I thought. Had to find a video for connecting the battery. Had to chat online about a few things which were answered quickly, very smooth ride, love having my independence back. The only problem I have it's very heavy. All though very pleased 😌

Great ideal to deal with.

I can’t fault this company. They were really helpful and order dispatched and received in the time frame given. And I am so happy first time been out shopping for over 3 years and it was lovely. 100% recommended take the plunge and start living again.
