Mobility Extra offered the product I was seeking at a very competitive price. Although they didn't have my first choice available they were able to offer an acceptable alternative. I'm not sure why my first choice was still displayed on their website as apparently it was no longer available? A couple of areas where the experience could be improved on their website: add approximate wait times when items are out of stock when it's going to take longer than 3 business days. I waited a week before I called them as there was no information provided as to when I could actually expect delivery (took closer to 3 weeks). Also, it's just as well I called because I'd assumed that mention of a 'seat widening kit available' meant that parts would be sent to do this if you wanted once in receipt of the item. It wasn't clear from the product description that it needed to be fitted prior to delivery or that there was an extra charge for it. I didn't object to either but think it would be less ambiguous it they included a link to the fitted extras or at least made it clear that it needs to be ordered separately. Finally when I added the product to the basket and went to check out an option to purchase a spare battery was offered which I accepted. However when I spoke to their sales team about my order I was told I'd picked the wrong type of battery for my product. I would expect that it you're offered a spare part that it should relate to the product you've purchased. These issues were all resolved very quickly following a phone call but a few changes to the website will prevent future confusion or mistakes. Very happy with my purchase overall. :)

The guys responded quickly as always, and they checked with me that I'd ordered the right part, part received in 2 days which is appreciated more when it's my main wheelchair.

It is a very nice looking machine also not just a looks it does fantastic

So further to my last review which I can’t seem to remove I would like to tell everyone that this company have infact been fantastic in sorting out my issues with my sons electric wheelchair and have helped me with all the small issues I was having

The wheelchair was great but unfortunately not suitable for me because the footplates are not removable

This is the first time I have used this company and it was a great experience. I actually upgraded my initial foldable power chair and there was total understanding from the company. Because of my worries over weight issues I saw the top of the range MX-MAX (28 stone) and thinking no you can't upgrade again. Sure enough the company simply asked for the extra difference in price and I was astonished. So thankyou Mobility Extra for your flexibility, patience and understanding a rare trait in these modern times.

Had to return an electric chair which I found heavy to load in the boot of my car. I ordered a lighter model. It arrived in 2 days and original machine was collected.
First class service.

Extender’s well made and easily fitted. Made a tight seat now very comfortable. The price was very much more reasonable than most others advertised.

Speed of delivery was amazing

It is a lovely light weight chair, good battery life , but very unbalanced chair. A little slope and the chair tilts backwards I have actually fallen twice and people around me picked me up. For that reason I wouldn’t recommend this chair.

Scooter does everything claimed although range has yet to be confirmed. Delivered a day early, great. Very nippy and manoeuvrable. Can just about lift it up and into motorhome.

Great price and quick delivery you can’t get better than that

Super quick dispatch thanks. Today is the first day I’ve managed to give the chair a test run. Boy, I’m going to have to practice with this one. It’s super responsive and will take some getting used to. I can see me causing total mayhem in the supermarket or shopping centre 🤭 It feels a little small in the seat and the arms are defo not long enough for me. I’m a large lady at 100kg and 5’9” tall. Poor chair 👨‍🦼‍➡️🤪 I’ve tried pushing it up the ramps into the car (Berlingo) and it wasn’t too bad. Don’t think I’ll manage in winter so might end up with a hoist. Time will see how we fair together, me and the chair. Hold thumbs folks 🤞
