No notification
My dad was just taken to the hospital via ambulance. No notification from Mobile Help. I learned about it from his neighbor. When I looked at his camera in the house, I could hear his Mobile Help device “talking”. I am assuming he pressed the button. The app no longer works. When I log in it says it is out of service, an updated one is coming….when???

Great value and Ease of USe - Thank you
I ordered the device for my Mom. The process to figure out what model of device and features was made easier due to help from the sales person. The set-up of the device was easy to follow. My Mom likes the devices, it is not hard for her to use, and now we have more comfort that she now has a means to alert if there is a medical issue. I liked also that the equipment is free.

Not interested
I have a bid customer long enough to give a true Review. I will say I’m a little disappointed in the customer service representative who never explained to me that the $19.95 monthly charge was just for the first year and then it would be $34.95. Not until I receive the invoice with my order was I aware of this charge.

Genuine and true customer care.
I called knowing next to nothing of medical alerts. When I hung up I felt as though I had been talking to a friend, one who explained everything and answered every question. I am totally satisfied with the entire process and am looking forward to the peace of mind I hope it brings. I only wish every purchase and product inquiry was handled as well as this one. Just received my kit of supplies
Just received my kit of supplies. Plugged the cradle in to charge the unit, and it is working fine. Gives me comfort knowing this service is available if, and when I need it.
