Jupiter House, Walnut Tree, Milton Keynes
I have lived in a lovely 2-bedroom south-facing apartment In Jupiter House, Milton Keynes for 5 years, moving in shortly after the apartments were built. It is situated very near shops, a health centre and a bus stop, and it's also very easy to get around the city of Milton Keynes with our grid road system. There are lakes, lots of open spaces and parks and the Grand Union Canal runs through the city, and having lived here for 45 years, I think it's very special.
This is an Independent Living development, so we look after ourselves, though a few people do have carers coming in. Our house manager is superb and extremely caring, and enjoys planning coffee mornings, parties and other events for us in our lovely owners' lounge. Those who want to be completely independent don't have to join in with activities, but most people enjoy coming together and everyone is so friendly. Having had the responsibility of a big house and garden, I am so glad I discovered Jupiter House and I can thoroughly recommend life here.

A new life at Davison House, Nottingham
I recently moved to Davison House at Daybrook, Nottingham, and am particularly indebted to Toni, the sales manager, who with her considerable knowledge and experience guided me through the entire purchasing process from beginning to end. I recently visited my Mums friend at…
I recently visited my Mums friend at Beeches Gate, Aberdeen and was really impressed. Amanda, the House Manager, was so friendly and welcoming and made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived.
There was a lovely, warm atmosphere throughout the development, and it was clear how much care and attention she gives to the homeowners.
My mums friend speaks very highly of Amanda and is extremely appreciative of everything she does.

Lyme Wood Grange
My mum has been living in the Lyme Wood Grange development since early 2020, a few days after my dad passed. The House Manager, Katie Hodges, is nothing short of remarkable. Even though I live abroad, I am secure in the knowledge that Katie keeps an eye out for mum, as she does with all of the residents.
I visit two to three times a year and have, on occasion, stayed in the guest suite which is well appointed and I feel the care that Katie takes in ensuring that guests are comfortable.
Katie keeps an orderly house and there is very clearly a warmth and respect between her and the residents.

Completion of DWP Claim Form
I wish to make it known how pleased I was with my recent experience with Aleks - Entitlement Manager. She helped me understand the importance of answering the questions truthfully but comprehensively when I submitted a claim form to the DWP. Aleks has a total understanding of her job and it comes across in her manner when we spoke on the phone. McCarthy Stone Lyle Court
My Aunt has a flat at the McCarthy Stone residences at Lyle Court. The level of care and service provided by Catriona and the management team is excellent.
More recently they have gone out of their way to support my Aunt during her recovery from a broken arm. They have organised daily carer visits and meals are provided in the restaurant whenever required. I would certainly recommend to others considering this retirement complex.
