Went for sip snack and $5 tees. A real joke. No one mentioned anything about it. Two girls “working” just laughing and talking. No sign about $5 tees. I had to ask. Tees I wanted to try on were very high. Had to get hook and tried to get down myself. No help in dressing rooms. Had to keep getting dressed to go get different size. Very poor customer service. Saw something I liked but didn’t get it because I was so disgusted with service. I was the only customer in store.

I wasn't going to shop at Maurices Hermiston. My last shopping experience was terrible. I'm certainly glad I went in last night. The sales associate Ashley went up and beyond her sales expectations. She helped me find the perfect outfits for my nieces wedding and reception. Right down to the size accessories and shoes. I can't thank her enough. She needs a raise and employee of the year if you have such a thing? Coodoo's to her! I'll be back to shop at Maurices.

Has been repeatedly sending me communications regarding their site/orders I never used/placed for some lass called 'Nikie' which started around the start of the COVID panic.
Absolutely zero support for over 2 years, continues to send automated emails, their 'STOP' response doesn't work at all.

I placed an online order on 1/10/23 to be delivered to the store closest to me. On 1/17/23 I went back online to check the status, it showed items had been delivered to the store. Called store, they stated they had not received. Called Customer service, who also contacted store received same info. Representative the checked warehouse and the items I ordered were no longer available. Rep said the would issue refund. I noticed the charge was still listed on my February Maurices credit card statement so I called Comenity who gave my acct a provisional credit per investigation. On 3/14/23 they sent a letter stating they were charging my acct due to no communication from Maurices along with interest. On 3/19/23 I contacted Maurices Customer service and found the credit was never issued back in January, so credit was issued at that time supposedly!!!! I was told it would take 3 to 5 days for it to show on my acct. I spoke with a supervisor on the 5th day who said the charge of 58.63 plus the interest of 4.02 would be the by the end of day but he would send an expedite email to billing dept anyway. As of 3/27/23 they have credited my acct 85 cents

Absolutely love the store & customer service at the Plymouth Indiana location. When I order online I have all items shipped there & shop in this store also. Always friendly & knowledgable employees.
Poor customer service
I've shopped with Maurices for many years and have always been treated with courtesy, no matter the location. The past three months, I"ve visited two stores, one in Rochester, MN and Decorah IA. Not one employee greeted me nor anyone else when entering the store. One employee was complaining about a previous customer. I understand that others 'actions can be annoying. It is unprofessional to share those negative comments when others can hear. Customers need to be recognized when entering the store. It may be the last time I visit or purchase items, as local boutiques value their customers.

i haven't had any trouble with shipping or buying in store. the only thing is i am big in the waist area and the medium's fit great on the top area of my body,but the top doesn't fit around the waist so i have to buy a large then it's to big in the arms,chest etc..
CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT EXIST
Placed order for 2 tops, with store delivery on 11/25/2022. One top was ready for pick up in a couple days. As of 12/13/2022 the other is nowhere to be found, even though it’s literally in stock in the store it was supposed to be shipped to. Other than a “lable created” the day after the order, the shipping never updated again for this one top. I chatted, emailed…was told due to high holiday volume…when I received it I could get a refund. Long story short, I paid with paypal, filed a claim and got a refund today. Most their stuff can be bought on Amazon or other boutiques, so save yourself the headache. Maurices is trash.

I used to love Maurice’s! Bought pretty much all of my clothes through them! The past few days they have shown their true colors! Sneaky, underhanded, lying, to name a few characteristics. I have many examples, but one would be a representative refusing to answer my question when I asked for the total the representative told me he couldn’t tell me the price until I gave him my credit card number! Before you ask, yes I called the actual Maurice’s, it wasn’t a scam caller….even though they sure acted like it! This is all after they canceled my order for being “out of stock” right after the sale ended and magically the next day everything was back in stock. I now have 10 more reasons to shop locally, even more than I already do! 😡😡😡

Got the credit card through them was charged numerous late fees 2 months after I had paid off the card due to something that happened out of my control. I did what customer service told me to do and was still charged anyway. They steal your money throw your name in the mud and ended up having to close my card because of it. Absolutely disgusted

I have been a cardholder for 13 years. The problem I am having is that I have been locked out of my account for months! All I get from customer service is that their password resets are handled by another company. Maurice's has known of this issue for awhile and will not take the necessary steps to correct this problem!

So tired of the Maurice in Cambridge Minnesota opening my packages when I go in to pick up an online order!!! I've called several times and spoke to the store manager which seems to change frequently! I've told them at the check out counter not to open my items and ignore me and continue to do so!!! I spend a lot of money at Maurices!!! No other Maurices store I shop at does this!!!

I order items and they ship to the store, and the store can't ever find it. They have you call maurices and you wait 20 min. Then they put you on hold 2-3 times and tell you your order was shipped to the store, but they can refund or reorder. I asked for a reorder and I am put on hold again and they come back and say it is no longer available!! This had happened far too many times. I love they clothing but obviously the company has problems.

I was so disappointed in my latest shopping experience. I was not properly greeted when I came into the store, no one offered to tell me of latest promotions, no sales associate to check on how I was doing, wanted to use dressing room and just had to walk in and use one. No friendly associates couldn't find any to help. This is my first greatest disappointment! Not sure if I will return. Prices have really jumped and quality just isn't the same. So sad.

I sent in an order got the recieved order email but can't find anything else. I have tried to contact them 3 different ways now and feels a little like the replies are generic. The email was asking about Canadian shipments how that works etc. I recieved an email saying something about covid. Tried he chat, might as well be talking to my cat. The couldn't understand my response....I just want to know how cross boarder shipping works. What's the expected time range but I haven't recieved anything even saying it's been packaged. And I've tried to look for a cancel my order and there's nothing. Even when I go to my orders, it says I have none. Disappointed for sure. Perhaps calling the card I paid with will be my only way out, cuz I can't get answers from anyone!
Quality of clothing below my standards.
They're quick to process orders, so if you want to add additional items to first order you're out of luck and will end up paying additional s/h fees unless order is over $50.00. If not satisfied with an item will have to pay to return. If you order another item will have to pay again to receive. No free returns or exchanges. Daughter had a order for over $200. but since they refused to refund return fee, I refused to allow her to order. No longer is she allowed to order from them. I had quality issues with a sweater she ordered, it was poor quality to me would never hold up, maybe one season at most. But, you get what you pay for.

July 2021 I bought about $250 worth of clothes not on sale three shirts and a pair of pants pan rep at the slightest pressure yes they are distressed but the material is rotten the blouses I got Every one of them should have about three more buttons it is almost 2 1/2 and then one blouse 3 inches apart from the buttons I had bought the last time at Maurices
