I am upset that the credit card company is now going to charge to have my bill send to me I pay my bill on time and in 15 plus years never been late I shop at the Hudson store and I like the manager and the service at this store I stopped in the store today and paid my bill in full like I always do I asked the person that helped me if the manager was in no today was her day off I just wanted to tell her that I would not see or shop at this place anymore and I will miss her help , just to let you know some people still like to get paper bills I will spend my money elsewhere : Kimberly Smith

It’s really aggravating and extremely frustrating when trying to order clothes online. I have spent so many hours of my time filling my cart up for the website to then crash on me. In the last few weeks I have tried countless times and each time ends the exact same way. Hours and hours of my time are just gone. I love Maurice’s clothing and it’s where most of my clothes are bought from but you have now lost a long standing customer along with my two teenage daughters.
I had issues with a sales clerk
I had issues with a sales clerk, Rebecca at the Clarion Pa store regarding an order. She was rude and not helpful at all when she placed the order and having it shipped to Wyoming when I live in PA. I asked her to cancel and she said she couldn't and gave me a phone number to call and never thanking me nor assisting to help fix the problem, but she had a moment to make snide comments to me when I was on the phone to customer service. So when I went to the Butler, PA store and was placing an order there they confirmed with me the address and information needed before they placed the order. I explained to them the problem I had encountered at the Clarion store and they mentioned that I should send in a review regarding what had happened. I was also told that they have heard numerous issues with this particular sales person.
Weeks later I had gone into the Clarion store hesitantly to do a return and again Rebecca was there and again rude as ever. I knew she had seen the review I had sent in just by her attitude.
So I sent in another review….
I quit going in just to avoid her and I drive occasionally to the Butler store, which is a further drive. I use to enjoy shopping in the stores but I hesitate anymore and when I do decide to shop it's normally online.
So just the other day months after the first initial review, I was doing a return and decide to go into the. Clarion store in hopes that Rebecca would not be there. Unfortunately she was. I approached the cashier desk and said hello and that is when Rebecca confronted me with telling me she gets all the reviews and knows what I wrote about
She continued to say ii was a joke to them and her associates and the people that received the reviews. That they would laugh at whole incident and I was a joke. She continued to chastise and belittle me in a condescending tone. That I lied and that her associates love her. Then she said "I thought you were never coming back to this store and here you are".
The only reason I went to that store with hesitation was to do a return before my statement was due I wanted to get in and get out without any words spoken and then she confronted me. So I guess the joke is on the consumer to write in a review and expect I better and constructive learning situation. Still waiting for corporate to contact me….
Nothing wrong with my items
Nothing wrong with my items, but every time I stuff to my bag, I constantly get that the site is down.....really, completely bs. I have this happen and my cart sits full, then the next time I remember to check cart....Most items are gone or out of stock at that time. Must not want my m9ney, so unfortunate. Really is disappointing 😞
Improve by refunding…
This company can improve by refunding their customers with clothing that didn't fit. My wife purchased online because the store inventory is not very helpful. She bought another pair of shorts at a different size. When we went to return the original pair she was told they can't return them without the tags. Both pair were purchased on the store card just weeks apart. What are we supposed to do with shorts that didn't fit? We're out $50 because they won't return them. I will go down there myself and try and talk some sense into them. If unsuccessful, we are done shopping with Maurices.

If I could give no stars I would. Here is my experience with buying on line through my PayPal account. Maurices store has been just fine. On line however, is a different story. I purchased a t shirt which was see through and cheaply made and a pair of shorts which were expensive and nothing special the necklace I ordered with everything was broken! I took it all into a maurices store front and because I bought through PayPal I was punished by the company in a sense, since they could only give me store credit! I think not! So I figured out how to send it back to the company. I get no email about the return. I followed the tracking and I saw they had gotten the order back. I promptly contacted PayPal to open a case. A few days later I get an email telling me my refund will be processing and I'd get it 10 to 14 business days depending on my bank. So I wait out the 12 days and I contact the company I'm told the payment to PayPal failed and they would be sending me a check in 6 to 8 weeks! I go ballistic and listen to the stupid explanation of why. I hang up and call PayPal. PayPal actually got my money back! Never buy from this company buyer beware!!
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE
I wish I could give negative stars. I live in Ontario, Canada, and placed an online order for these jeans and a sweatshirt in the morning. After work that day I checked on my order status and it said that the jeans I ordered were canceled and only the sweater was processing. I decided to reach out to customer service thru there live chat to see why the jeans were canceled. The customer service agent I chatted with was less than helpful. He informed me that the jeans I ordered were cancelled because “there is a specific material on the item that is not allowed to cross the border”. The agent wouldn’t tell me what the material was that couldn’t cross. I found this reasoning super confusing. Jeans are made from denim, which is allowed to cross the boarder…
I asked the agent why advertise the jeans as available for online order to Canada if you can’t ship them then? The agent then suggested I go to my local Maurice’s store and see if I can purchase them in person. I said, first of all my local Maurice’s is an hour away and secondly if your telling me you can’t ship me the jeans because they can’t cross the border how would a store in Canada have them then? How did you magically ship the store the product when they can’t cross the border? I then asked to cancel my order completely as this transaction had been nothing but a pain. The agent told me that I cannot cancel my order as their policy is you can only cancel 30 mins after the order is placed. So because the 30 mins had passed they can’t cancel my order. I said that policy was no where to be found on my confirmation email this morning and would have been nice to know then… his recommendation was then that I wait till I receive the item and then return it. So now I am going to be stuck paying $10 in shipping fees and $15 in customs fees all because they wouldn’t cancel my order. I am less than pleased with this companies lack of customer service, lack of communication, and lack of advertisement of policies. This entire transaction has made me never want to order online and deal with this process again and I certainly will not be buying anything in stores and supporting a company that has zero interest in the customers satisfaction.
Do your self a favour and order else where, it will save you money and a headache.

Customer service is horrible. They send me someone else's order and tell me I have to wait another 7 days to see if the correct order comes (after I've already waited 2wks for this one) to get a refund
Fun game
Well that was a fun little game of paying a company so I could work for them. Don’t order online. This is the second time I’ve had problems receiving my order. It took a month for them to let me know it was lost. I emailed customer service 5 times over the month with no response & finally did online chat to reach someone. On my end it kept saying it was arriving every couple days, but it never showed it had shipped. Then on their end it said it had been picked up. Then, they offer to refund which could take a month. Again-this is the 2nd time in less than a year that this happened & I’ve had to really work just to get answers & never actually got my purchase.

I wish I could give negative stars. Maurice’s used to be great and their customer service used to be great as well. No wonder all their stores are closing. You can’t return an online order without a fee. You can return it in a store but if all the stores near you are closed permanently you have no choice but to pay a fee for return. SHEIN treats their customers better. What a shame. In addition their customer support are rude and make comments like don’t worry about the order canceling on its own because I purchased it and it’s no longer available. They say it’ll cancel on its own. You have my money what in the world. Maurices your customer service is total crap. Give it up and declare bankruptcy. It’s absolutely pathetic. I do NOT recommend shopping at Maurices. I certainly will NOT be buying from this company ever again.
