Mandarin Stone Anmeldelser

I’ve popped into the Cardiff store and telephoned on a number of occasions recently, and every single member of staff I’ve dealt with has been so friendly, polite and genuinely helpful.

They’re incredibly knowledgeable and, importantly for a very decision-fatigued customer like me, not afraid to offer their own opinions and advice when asked! It made choosing everything so much easier!!

I also travelled to the Monmouth store to collect my order and had exactly the same experience there - the team were superb.

Really impressed with the service from Mandarin Stone throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Ordering easy, and delivery very quick exactly as the website said. Would highly recommend.

Good product and communication

The team at the Petersfield branch was so incredibly helpful, knowledgable and efficient during our project - couldn't recommend them highly enough

The usual high level of Mandarin Stone helpfulness and efficiency

I cannot praise Mandarin Stone enough - when I needed additional tiles with a short turn around staff were incredibly helpful and managed to ensure my project remained on track. The tiles themselves are gorgeous and the staff are really lovely. Great company! Chantelle in the head office really went above and beyond to help, and I'm incredibly grateful.

I had a great experience with Mandarin Stone. Thank you for cooperation and help! Love the product.

Harrogate store, and Anna, were so helpful great advice right through the process, including organising delivery to a tricky access! Lovely quality tiles About to order more from Mandarin

Lovely tiles, carefully delivered. My order came quickly. And in spite of the fact that the company said they would absolutely NOT bring the tiles inside the house for me, the lovely driver did just that.

Good price, good service. Delivery within a tight time frame. All good

Just laid down the tiles. It looks good.

Samples arrived promptly, well packaged and clearly labelled.

We have bought tiles from Mandarin Stone in the past. Great quality and a lovely selection. We needed a small amount to complete a small additional area. Celeste was so helpful in tracking down what we needed although they were discontinued. Fantastic, efficient customer service.

Great product but could of added more information to purchase such as type of adhesive and grout required.

Used mandarin stone over the years for bathrooms and patio. Always happy with the quality and design of tiles

Went into the Tunbridge Wells store as we were getting a loft extension and needed tiles for our new bathroom. Store was completely empty and the 2 members of staff just sat at their desks just on their phones didn't even bother to lift their heads to say hello let alone come over and ask if we needed any help. Walked straight across the road to Quorn Stone and got brilliant service! Such a shame as had seen good reviews.

Great service and prompt deliveries all to schedule.

A beautiful, cool new shop, with gorgeous displays. Very helpful staff who give good support, but are not overbearing. Will certainly use it again and recommend it very highly.

Valentina is amazing and went above and beyond for me, you don't find many people like that in this industry so really grateful and would recommend to all

Excellent service from Holly O'Hara and Nicole Williams — both went well beyond what I'd have expected.

I was choosing tiles for an ensuite and kept changing my mind: fluted, not fluted, warm, grey, back to warm again. They were patient throughout, pulled sample after sample without a hint of impatience, and photographed the combinations for me so I could look at them properly at home.

The advice was genuinely useful rather than just agreeable. When I was weighing two colourways, it was pointed out that the veining in one picked up the tone of the other — exactly the sort of thing I wouldn't have spotted, and it settled the decision.

I'm partially colour blind, which makes choosing tiles harder than it sounds. Having two people willing to describe what they were seeing, and to keep bringing options out until something worked, made a real difference.

Ended up with Savoy Amber and Crema and I'm very happy with the choice. Thank you both.
