They really went above and beyond for us. We were on such a tight time schedule with our tiler booked in, and this was actually a last-minute order, but they did everything they could to get the tiles out to us in time. The customer service was absolutely incredible from start to finish, and the tiles are beautiful. We honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Online order process very easy and a quality product
Having already visited one of the Mandarin Stores and selected the tiles we liked the online order process was very simple. The tile calculator on the order page was very helpful in calculating the number of tiles required. Quality of the tiles was also excellent
The delivery company was also very good in keeping us informed of delivery date/time.

Brilliant customer service!
Celeste has been absolutely incredible through and through! We unfortunately had a logistics issue on our side meaning I had to change our wall tiles mid project. Celeste sent me suggested alternatives, helped with advice and expediting sample deliveries for me and was amazing helping to arrange the return at the same time as the new delivery! Absolutely amazing customer service at a super stressful time, can’t say Thankyou enough!

Really happy with the tiles
Really happy with the tiles. None arrived broken, there were some hair line cracks through the vein of marble which my tiler warned were more prone to breakage but we managed to work around that, and I think it’s just the nature of marble. Everything arrived quickly and the delivery guys were lovely.

Hi Rebecca, it’s wonderful to hear you love your new tiles. We’re sorry to hear about the hairline cracks, but as you mentioned, this is common in marble, and they are usually natural separations in the stone rather than structural damage. We hope you enjoy your new space. Best regards – MS
