Very Easy to access with code via touch screen very intuitive to ☺️once you put your code in~waalaa! Door pop open!!!! It’s a no brainer!

$480 a year for barely any value
First - I found out I have to pay $480 a year for my apartment building to have a room where packages can be delivered. Not even close to fair.
What do I get for this:
- maybe 10% of the time Luxer manages to send me a text that there's a package.
- The ipad at the door was broken (now fixed) for 3-4 months so you couldn't scan it
- A door that has a lock on it that the Ipad controls
Not worth $480 a year. Maybe $50. Our building must net then $120k+ in revenue for this service.

I truly dislike how they lock you out of your packages if you don't have a credit card. This should be illegal. I shouldn't need a credit card if my apartment complex has a partnership with you. You should charge the apartment not my credit card.
Who knows what LuxerOne will do with your credit card details, what happens if they get hacked or what happens they sell the company and they can sell off your details.
Very scummy business model.
