RUN AWAY FROM LUXER BOXES!!! Total disaster! Run if you see these boxes. They will lose ALL your Amazon orders and never provide you with any help! Customer service takes at least THREE DAYS to start looking for your misplaced or simply dumped orders. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Other reviews are WRITTEN BY THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE TK MAKE THIS VENDOR LOOKING GOOD! You deal with Luxer customer service, your apartment management and the vendor who sent you your orders FOR MANY DAYS! All they do is pointing fingers at each other without ANY REAL HELP! Instant Notifications: The second a carrier drops a package into a locker, I get a text and an email notification with an access code.
Top-Tier Security: I love knowing that my items are safely secured in a heavy-duty drop box until I am ready to pick them up. I don't have to rush home or worry about theft anymore.
Ultimate Convenience: The interface on the main locker screen is incredibly user-friendly and fast. I just punch in my code or scan my phone, a locker pops open, and I’m on my way in less than ten seconds.

Not customer friendly
Refuses to acknowledge me as a customer. Ignores multiple emails about an urgent issue receiving packages at my home address. Constantly sends unsolicited email which cannot be stopped. Uses user-unfriendly technology with limited accessibility options.
The response from Luxor One below is beyond silly: I have been contacting them for well over a week - no one responds - forming the thesis of this experience review.

Horrendous app and horrendous service…
Horrendous app and horrendous service and equally horrendous support.
They sign up with apartment complexes and randomly disable people’s account. They keep people from accessing their own packages. It feels like customer support is just taking people for ride. The system is too complex that delivery drivers do not know how to enter numbers for residents.
This happened with me when a customer support exec randomly disabled my account.
Avoid at all costs.
If you are a property - this is not what you should be dealing with.
You have been warned! Dont cry later and say no one warned you!

The system in my building is chaotic
The system in my building is chaotic. The delivery people are careless, probably not trained well, so there is no consistency and finding packages is like a children's game of find whatever, not entirely Luxer's fault in a large apartment building like mine. We all wish there were another system, however.
